Greece sailing cruises

You’ll be led by one of our experienced skippers who knows these waters like the back of their hand.

Days on the boat go at your own pace. Help out on deck as much as you wish or lie back and enjoy the ride – it's entirely up to you. Just keep in mind that cabins can be quite cozy to leave more room for communal areas.

Our sailing trips in Greece generally run between June and October, when the weather and sailing conditions are at their best. This is also the peak tourist season, so be prepared for larger crowds – although the beauty of a sailing trip is that you’ll explore lesser-known spots off the typical island-hopping trail. If you want to beat the crowds while still enjoying that trademark Mediterranean sun, consider traveling in September or October.

You can usually expect a smooth voyage as most of our sailing trips are in the summer. That said, some travelers may still experience seasickness, though symptoms usually resolve after a few days of adjusting to life on board. If you’re prone to motion sickness, we recommend consulting with your doctor before arriving to see what solutions might work for you.

You don’t have to lift a finger if you don’t want to. But if you’re keen to learn the ropes, there'll be plenty of opportunities to get involved!

One of the best parts about our sailing trips is that we cap group sizes at 11 travelers, meaning your skipper has more time to get to know you and, if you’re interested, teach you all about sailing – from tying knots to unfurling the sails. They have years of experience and love sharing their passion with travelers eager to learn.

Our monohull boats have two or three bathrooms. Cold and hot water is available for showers, and toilets are either electronic or hand-pumped.

All cabins have electrical sockets – just make sure you bring an adaptor. Air conditioning isn't available on our boats, but they do have hatches that can be opened for ventilation, and some cabins have fans. During warmer weather, you might even like to sleep on deck under the stars.

Wi-fi isn’t available, but you should be able to connect when you dock at ports and marinas, or in local cafes and bars.

All cabins on our sailing boats are below deck. They have a mix of double, twin (two separate beds or two separate mattresses side by side), bunks and triple cabins. Your skipper will allocate rooms during your welcome meeting.

Sleeping quarters are designed to utilise the minimum amount of space in order to keep the communal areas as spacious as possible. Think of it as a good way to get to know your fellow seafarers!
