Promoters:

The WNBA is not a Promoter of this Competition. The WNBA and Seattle Storm are registered trademarks of the Women’s National Basketball Association.  

Competition Period:

The Competition commences at 12:01am Pacific Time on August 11, 2026 and ends at 11:59pm on August 21, 2026 (Competition Period). No entry details submitted after this time will be accepted.

Entry Eligibility:

The competition entry is open to Washington State participants aged 18 years or older and excludes employees of the Promoters or their respective affiliates and subsidiaries, and their respective immediate family members (spouse, parent, sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they live) or persons living in the same households of such individuals, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter or win a prize. THE SWEEPSTAKES IS VOID OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES, AND WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. In entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the prize.

Entry Instructions  

To enter, individuals must complete the following entry mechanics during the Competition Period:

• Opt-in to Marketing communications from Intrepid Travel and Alaska Airlines; 

• Agree to these Contest Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy. 

Prize:

The prize winner will receive: 

• • As the official airline partner and official travel partner of the Seattle Storm, Intrepid and Alaska Airlines are partnering on a joint, co-branded giveaway during August 11 - August 21, 2026, to offer one lucky winner and their companion a free trip to Japan on Intrepid’s Japan Express tour valued at $5440 USD, two (2) VTA vouchers for coach travel with Alaska Airlines departing from Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA), and two (2) signed jerseys provided by the Seattle Storm for a total prize valued at up to $6790 USD total.

Prize terms and conditions:

This prize is subject to the below terms and conditions, in addition to our booking conditions in force from time to time:

The prize must be redeemed against a new booking at least 3 months in advance of departure and must be redeemed for travel departing before June 30, 2027.

The winner must contact Intrepid Travel directly to book the prize and quote the prize winner promo code advised at time of winning. It is the responsibility of the prize winner to book and travel by the required date.

The winner will be required to agree to the current Booking Conditions at the time of booking including any applicable policies or waivers that are in place at the time.

This Intrepid Travel element of the prize applies to the land element of trip only and cannot be redeemed against flights, accommodation, meals, domestic transfers, travel insurance, single supplement payment, activities, spending money or local payments/kitties not covered by the itinerary.

Any request to change to a different Intrepid Travel trip is at the discretion of Intrepid Travel and is not guaranteed.

The Prize is strictly non-transferable to another person nor is it redeemable for cash.

The Prize is subject to availability at time of booking. A minimum of 4 travellers must be confirmed on the Intrepid trip for the prize winner booking to be confirmed on their requested date. The Promoter reserves the right to replace the Prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter's control makes it necessary to do so.

The winner is responsible for ensuring that they have valid passports, and any required visas, vaccinations, travel insurance and other travel documentation.

All details related to the Alaska Airlines Tickets shall be determined in the sole and absolute discretion of Alaska Airlines. Seats are limited and may not be available for all flights. Based on published fare routings and some cities may not be available. The Alaska Airline Tickets are non-transferable and non-assignable, with no cash redemptions except at Alaska Airlines’ sole and absolute discretion. The travel authorization certificates are valid for flights served by Alaska Airlines, Hawaiian Airlines, Horizon Airlines and/or applicable Skywest Airlines flights. Atmos Rewards points cannot be earned or credited. First Class paid upgrades or Atmos Rewards upgrades are allowed with all such associated fees borne by Winner. Stopovers and connections are also allowed (subject to fare rules) with all such associated fees borne by Winner. Standard baggage fees apply and are borne by Winner. Winner must possess all necessary documentation required for air travel (e.g., a valid, government-issued driver’s license, U.S. passport, etc.). Individual travel taxes may apply and will be borne by Winner. Once ticketed, fare rules apply and will be borne by Winner regarding changes to itinerary. Winner and their Guests must travel on the same itinerary. Flight times and dates will be determined by Alaska Airlines, in Alaska Airlines’ sole discretion.

All costs and expenses associated with Prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided, including but not limited to lodging accommodations, any transportation costs, meals, gratuities, and other expenses incurred by accepting the Prize, are the sole responsibility of the Winner.

Winner must depart from Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA) for all flight-related components of the prize. 

ALL FEDERAL, STATE, AND LOCAL TAXES AND FEES, INCLUDING INCOME TAX, SALES TAX, AND ANY OTHER EXPENSES ARISING OUT OF THE RECEIPT AND USE OF THE PRIZES, ARE SOLELY THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER. SPONSOR WILL ISSUE ALL TAX FORMS INCLUDING A 1099 FORM TO THE WINNER. Any difference between the stated estimated value of a prize and its actual value will not be awarded. Winners agree to accept prize “as is.”

Prize Draw Date

There will be 1 winner with a guest (2 people total) determined in respect of this promotion.

The winner will be determined by random selection based on number of entries in the draw upon conclusion of the Sweepstakes Period on August 28, 2026.

The winner will be notified in writing by the email submitted at the time of registration for the event.

The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to identify and locate the prize winner. At the conclusion of 14 days, if no response is received by the Promoter, we will deem the prize as unclaimed and an unclaimed Prize draw will be held on 14 September 2026. The Prize Winner from the redraw will be notified by email and similarly given 14 days to claim the prize. If by 29 September 2026 the prize is still unclaimed, this prize will be forfeited.

Collection and use of your personal information:

Personal Information including the entrant’s name, address and email will be collected and used for the purpose of conducting this Competition. This may require disclosure to third parties, including each Promoter’s agents or third-party service providers, for the purpose of conducting the Competition and for sending marketing materials to entrants if they have opted-in to receiving marketing materials from each Promoter.

Force Majeure

If this Competition cannot be administered or the prizes cannot be awarded as planned for any reason beyond the Promoters’ reasonable control (e.g., government order, restriction of these Terms and Conditions, epidemics, Acts of God, war or terrorism, civil unrest, strikes, supply shortages, natural disasters, lockout/strike, weather, fraud, tampering, or any other similar act, event, or occurrence beyond the reasonable control of a Promoter), the Promoters reserve the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Competition. 

Disputes/Choice of Law

Except where prohibited, each entrant agrees that: (i) all issues and questions concerning these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the state of Washington without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law of any jurisdiction; (ii) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to this Competition or the prize(s) awarded shall be (A) resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and (B) filed only in the state or federal courts situated in King County, Washington (i.e., Seattle, Washington), and each entrant hereby consents and submits to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purposes of litigating any such disputes, claims or causes of action; (iii) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (iv) under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, special, consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. 

General  

The Promoter and its affiliates reserve the right to amend or withdraw the prize draw and any of the prizes in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside their reasonable control. Prizes are subject to availability. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute alternative prizes of equivalent or greater value.

Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the Prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.

RELEASE AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY. By participating in the Sweepstakes, Entrants agree to release and hold harmless each of the Promoters, the WNBA, and their respective parents, related, affiliated and subsidiary entities and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, distributors, sales representatives, advertising and promotional agencies from any causes of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any Prize and/or participation in any prize-related activity, including, but not limited to: (a) any technical errors that may prevent an Entrant from submitting an entry; (b) unauthorized human intervention in the Sweepstakes; (c) printing errors; (d) lost, late, postage-due, misdirected, or undeliverable mail; (e) errors, technical or otherwise, in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; or (f) injury, death, or damages (including punitive, consequential, direct or indirect) to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in Released Parties assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries.
