Costa Rica Tours & Vacations

Biodiverse, brilliantly colorful and naturally breathtaking, Costa Rica embraces a slower pace of life.

An adventure hotspot for some, a cultural haven for others and a tropical paradise for most, Costa Rica definitely lives up to its translation as the ‘rich coast.’ And as you journey under lush jungle canopies and through laidback surf towns, you’ll soon be rich with memorable experiences. Lean into the slower pace of life as you become a pro at spotting toucans in Monteverde’s steamy cloud forests or listening out for the distant whoop of white-faced capuchins in Manuel Antonio. The phrase ‘hustle and bustle’ isn’t in Costa Rica’s vocabulary, as you’d expect from a country whose unofficial motto is ‘pura vida’ – the pure life.

Costa Rica Experience

Michael · Traveled August 2024
I cannot recommend this trip enough. I still cant believe how much we managed to accomplish in 9 days. Our tour leader Marvin was outstanding. He is a Costa Rican native and had extensive knowledge of the countries history, culture and biology, which he shared throughout the trip. The trips itinerary is varied and extensive. It includes things such as the homestay which would be difficult to experience if travelling independently. The trip is was well organised and transport/travel were flawless.

You get to see and do a lot within the 9 days and is a great way to learn about the country and its culture. Our tour leader Marvin was fantastic and made it a really enjoyable, informative and inspiring experience!

Central American Journey

A great introduction to Central America. Incredible guide. Itinerary needs more time in Nicaragua and would be beneficial to be able to book the big activities in Costa Rica when booking the trip.

Classic Costa Rica

Paula · Traveled August 2024
Would recommend Classic Costa Rica to anyone (our group ranged from aged 19 to 74), it really is a must visit destination. This trip takes in a lot of beautiful and different areas and has lots of included activities (including a homestay and national park ranger lead walks and spotting wildlife) as well as varied additional options (highly recommend water tubing, zip lining, watching turtles and whale watching to name a few) . Ale, our Intrepid leader/guide was amazing; knowledgeable, helpful, interesting and just really lovely (thank you Ale, you made the trip so easy and so much fun). The trip was very good value for money but a word of warning; we found Costa Rica expensive and with food and additional trips, we spent a lot (we could have spent less but decide whilst there to make the most of it). Having said that we had the best time and so many fantastic experiences with memories to last a lifetime.
