The following offer applies to new Intrepid Travel email subscribers across the regions listed below.

1. Offer Details

  1. Receive the regional equivalent (shown below) of $150 USD off Intrepid Small Group Adventures (“the Offer”)
  2. Applies to new bookings made and deposited between July 07 2025 00:01 ET and July 01 2027 11:59pm PT.
  3. Applies to selected trips departing July 07 2025 to December 14 2027.
  4. One universal promo code applies globally; discount adjusts by region.

  5. This offer cannot be combined with other discounts (with the exception of Tesco Clubcard vouchers for UK subscribers).

2. Exclusions

The discount does not apply to:

  1. All polar trips (Antarctic & Arctic)
  2. Short Break Adventures
  3. Tailor-Made Experiences
  4. Urban Adventures

Additional conditions:

  1. Discount applies to the trip price only.
  2. Cannot be combined with other discounts.
  3. Credit holders may apply valid promotions unless the original fare is being honoured.
  4. Applies to land‑only components, excluding:
    1. Flights
    2. Additional accommodation
    3. Transfers
    4. Travel insurance
    5. Local payments/kittys

3. Regional Eligibility & Currency Requirements

This is a single global offer, but travellers receive a region‑specific equivalent to $150 USD off based on the currency of residence.

These amounts are chosen as rounded, market‑friendly equivalents for promotional purposes.

Eligibility Requirements

To receive the discount:

  1. Traveller must reside in one of the above regions.
  2. Booking must be made and paid in that region’s currency.
  3. The universal promo code automatically adjusts to the correct discount.

4. Booking Conditions

  1. All trips are subject to availability and confirmation at the time of booking.
  2. If a traveller cancels and re-books or changes dates outside the promotional period, the new trip will be charged at full fare.
  3. Intrepid Travel’s standard Booking Conditions apply.
  4. Travellers must ensure they meet all passport, visa, health, and vaccination requirements.

5. Email and SMS Subscription Requirement

To be eligible:

  1. You must be subscribed to Intrepid Travel marketing emails. If you are in the US, AU you must also be subscribed to Intrepid Travel marketing SMS to receive the regional equivalent of the additional $50 USD.
  2. You must remain subscribed at the time of booking.

6. How to Redeem

  1. Enter the promo code at checkout, or
  2. Contact Intrepid Travel and quote the promo code.

The discount will appear automatically in the local currency based on region.

7. General

  1. The Offer cannot be transferred, extended, or exchanged for cash.
  2. Intrepid Travel may modify or withdraw the offer at any time without notice.
