TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

1. Sale Now On 2026 offers apply to new bookings made for selected trips and deposited between 12:01am BST May 14, 2026 - 11:59pm BST June 15, 2026, for select trips departing between June 01, 2026 – March 31, 2027. 

2. The discount range is between 5% and 20% off* select Intrepid Travel trips, and varies based on the itinerary and departure dates. A full list of departures and applicable discounts is available here. 

3. The following exclusions apply:

1. Polar trips in Antarctica and the Arctic;

2. Short-Break Adventures;  EEAV, ERAG, ERAK, ERZI, GGAA, GGAE, GGAF, GGAS, GGHA, GGHO, GGHT, GPAP, HHAJ, HNAC, HNAK, PZAI, QVHM, TKAS, TTAG, TTAR, TTAV, TTAX, TVAG, TVAQ, UBAD, UBAP, UBAV, YGAB, YGAU

3. Tailor-Made Experiences; 

4. Urban Adventures.

4. All offers apply to the trip price only and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount, excluding the following:
   1. 1. Tesco Clubcard – voucher value can be combined with any sale discount (T&Cs apply)
      2. Bank card-linked offers – eligible cardholders will receive the relevant cashback reward when combined with any sale discount
      3. Epic Road Rides – additional discount combinable via phone sales only

5. Offer prices have been discounted from the lowest price available for each individual departure online in the 30 days prior to May 14, 2026.

7. All offers apply to the land element of the trip only and cannot be redeemed against flights, additional accommodation, transfers, travel insurance or local payments/kittys.  

8. These offers are available to residents of the UK, Europe, Middle East and South Africa only in GBP, EUR, CHF and ZAR.  

9. Our trips are subject to availability and confirmation by Intrepid Travel at time of booking.  

10. If you wish to cancel and rebook your trip or change dates outside the promotional period, you will be required to pay the full cost towards the new trip.   

11. Except as set out expressly above, Intrepid Travel’s Booking Conditions apply.  

12. Travel documents & vaccination requirements are the responsibility of the individual traveler.
