Fantastic Adventure amongst the animals and peoples of Southern Africa. From the majestic Victoria Falls, chasing Elephants on a canoe through the Okavango Delta, meeting the brave Black Mumbas and having a honestly in a local village. What an amazing experience.

Explore Southern Africa

This trip is a great way to see a lot of southern Africa, not only a wide range of animals but also cultural aspects and conservative work that is being done behind the scenes. Somkhele was an amazing cook and prepared a great variety of food, introducing us to some local cuisine and we were never hungry. Clayton, our driver, was a safe driver and also knowledgeable about the area. Sendile as our leader was approachable and looked after all well, always with a smile. This is a life changing trip and I highly recommend it. The tents are easy to put up and down. Make sure to take an extra mattress for when you move off the soft Kalahari sand. The travel days are long but there are lots of stops and things to see along the way, especially lots of animals. If you are looking for a safe way to explore this part of Africa, while making new friends and having a great break from life, this is the trip for you.

Such an amazing trip. I have been travelling for over 47 years including 4 other Intrepid trips and this rates as one of the best!! Sandile was an excellent tour leader. Always cheerful with so much knowledge and a great sense of humour. Somkelo cooked us the best meals ever. She has an amazingly cheerful disposition and is such a laugh. Clayton our driver is a real gentleman and was always so helpful. Saw an amazing array of animals and this trip will remain with me for the rest of my life.
