Victoria tours & holidays
Australia’s second-oldest state is no runner-up
Sitting pretty in the far east corner, Victoria makes its mark in a big way. Begin in the capital city, Melbourne, where adventures come with a hearty dose of culture and top-notch cuisine. Then, those looking for fresh air can join treks or trips to explore the Great Ocean Road, the Grampians and Victoria’s High Country. Meet with local people to learn First Nations history, spot protected wildlife and explore unique landscapes like cave systems, squeaky beaches and ancient forests.

Count the Twelve Apostles
If the Great Ocean Road is the journey, then the Twelve Apostles are the (main) destination. Naturally formed more than 10 million years ago by wind and water erosion, these rugged rock formations rise 45 metres out of the ocean. Check out the last seven still standing.
Hop around the laneways
One of Melbourne’s most famous features is its laneways. Either layered in artistic street art or overflowing with a variety of eateries, the many small streets of Melbourne’s CBD make for great on-foot exploration and even better coffee.
Reach the Pinnacle
Your best introduction to the Grampians region is on the famous Pinnacle Walk. Visit the summit for views of the region shaped by a volcanic eruption over six million years ago. Follow your leader and keep an eye out for the odd echidna, wallaby and kangaroo.
Wander Otway National Park
The Otway National Park ecosystem is full of ancient plant life, secluded beaches, local wildlife and waterfalls. Explore it all with a guided walk led by a member of Wildlife Wonders – a social enterprise concerned with the region’s conservation.
