A taste of what's in store...
Each of our Easter half term family tours has been built with a perfect balance of action-packed activities and flexible family time. Want to know the sorts of adventures you can expect with us? Here’s a handful of our favourites.
Walk the Great Wall of China
Spanning over 5,000 kilometres, your family will be wowed by this striking new wonder of the world. Even if your kids aren’t keen walkers, they’ll love strolling along a section of the wall, taking in the surrounding scenery and getting a feel for its astonishing size.
Explore the East with Intrepid’s China Family Holiday.
Barter at the floating markets of Amphawa
Perusing the offerings at local markets is always fun for the whole family. Go to the next level by hopping in a boat and taking to the water to visit Thailand’s famous floating market, where local Thai people flock on the weekends to bargain for produce.
Meet the locals with Intrepid’s Thailand Family Holiday with Teenagers.
Unwind on the Malabar Backwaters
Whilst India is enthralling, it’s also exhausting for little ones and adults alike. Spending a night on a Keralan houseboat, away from the hustle and bustle of its cities is a real treat. Relax on the sun deck and enjoy tucking into delicious south Indian cuisine.
Take a breather with Intrepid’s India Family Holiday.
Camp under the stars at Kruger National Park
You don’t have to be a family of avid stargazers to appreciate the starry views of the African night sky. Pitching your tents at Kruger National Park, you’ll experience the sights and sounds of the wild, maybe even the roar of a lion, as you drift off to sleep.
Get back to nature with Intrepid’s South Africa Teenage Safari.
Vietnam Family Holiday , December 2017
A fantastic way to experience a beautiful and vibrant country with all the logistics taken care of. We revelled in the crazy traffic of Hanoi, the serene beauty of Halong Bay, the fun overnight train trip to Hue, wonderful wonderful Hoi An, vibrant Saigon and the wonders of the Mekong Delta. We learnt so much about Vietnam's history from our wonderful guides and everywhere we went we had the best food ever. Adults and children loved this trip!!

Vietnam Family Holiday , December 2017
Having a knowledgeable guide made this trip fantastic. Saw and did things that would not have been able to had we tried to organise the trip ourselves.

Indochina Family Holiday , December 2017
This was a terrific trip for our family including our 12 year old twins. The pace was perfect. We had time on our own as well as lots of planned activities to keep the kids busy. The guides were amazing, enthusiastic, knowledgeable and organized. Intrepid takes care of all the details so we can just enjoy the experiences. They try to show us the real culture. Sometimes it feels a little "staged" but it is so charming and the locals are so glad we are visiting,
