TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

1. Sale offers apply to new bookings made for selected trips and deposited between 12:01am GMT November 13, 2025 - 11:59pm GMT December 04, 2025, for select trips departing between December 01, 2025 – September 30, 2026 (excluding December 18, 2025 – January 05, 2026). 
2. Discounts vary between 5% to 20% off select Intrepid Travel trips. Applicable discounts for selected trips are as specified on the Intrepid website (www.intrepidtravel.com). 
3. 20% off Selected Join in Urban Adventure trips. Applicable discounts are specified on the Urban Adventure website (www.urbanadventures.com).  
4. The following exclusions apply:  
1. Polar trips in Antarctica and the Arctic; 
2. Short-Break Adventures; EEAV, ERAG, ERAK, ERZI, GGAA, GGAE, GGAF, GGAS, GGHA, GGHO, GGHT, GPAP, HHAJ, HNAC, HNAK, PZAI, QVHM, TKAS, TTAG, TTAR, TTAV, TTAX, TVAG, TVAQ, UBAD, UBAP, UBAV, YGAB, YGAU 
3. Tailor-Made Experiences;  
4. Private Urban Adventures;
5. All offers apply to the trip price only and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount. 
6. Offer prices have been discounted from the lowest price available for each individual departure online in the 19 days prior to November 13, 2025. 
7. Credit Holders can use any valid discounts or promotions. For more information about how to redeem your credit visit our Credit Redemption page.  
8. All offers apply to the land element of the trip only and cannot be redeemed against flights, additional accommodation, transfers, travel insurance or local payments/kittys.  
9. These offers are available to residents of the UK, Europe, Middle East and South Africa only in GBP, EUR, CHF and ZAR.  
10. Our trips are subject to availability and confirmation by Intrepid Travel at time of booking.  
11. If you wish to cancel and rebook your trip or change dates outside the promotional period, you will be required to pay the full cost towards the new trip.   
12. Except as set out expressly above, Intrepid Travel’s Booking Conditions apply.  
13. Travel documents & vaccination requirements are the responsibility of the individual traveler.  
14. Intrepid reserve the right to modify or withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice.  

1. Offer applies to new bookings made from 13 November 2025 – 04 December 2025 for selected Antarctica Ocean Nova departures between 09 March 2026 – 20 March 2027.
   a. 25% off Antarctica Ocean Nova applies to all cabins, on the following departures:  
   i. Best of Antarctica: Whale Journey (GQMWJ) 09-Mar-26 and 18-Mar-26. 
   b. 15% off Antarctica Ocean Nova applies to all cabins, on the following departures: 
   i. Best of Antarctica: Pristine Wilderness (GQMDW) 16-Nov-26; 
   ii. Best of Antarctica in Depth (GQMAW) 25 Nov 2026, 15-Dec-26; 
   iii. Best of Antarctica: Wildlife Explorer (GQMDE) 06-Dec-26, 26-Dec-26, 26-Jan-27; 
   iv. Ultimate Antarctica: Falklands, South Georgia & the Antarctic Circle (GQMUA) 04-Jan-27; 
   v. Journey to the Antarctic Circle (GQMCN) 04-Feb-27, 26-Feb-27; 
   vi. Best of Antarctica: Whale Discovery (GQMDJ) 16-Feb-27; 
   viii. Best of Antarctica: Whale Journey (GQMWJ) 10-Mar-27.

2. The discount is not applicable to any other Intrepid trips.  

3. This discount offer applies to the expedition cruise price only and does not apply to land tours, additional pre-booked adventure activities, booked onboard activities, flights, additional accommodation, transfers, travel insurance, local payments nor can it be combined with any other offer or discount. 
4. All discounts apply to the full gross price and are subject to availability. Pricing is per person and compulsory single supplements may apply for certain cabin types. 
5. Cabins and dates are subject to availability and confirmation by Intrepid Travel.  
6. Offer can be withdrawn and amended at anytime. Deal available unless sold out. 
7. Normal deposit and final payment amount and payment dates apply. 
8. After confirmation (deposit paid), if you wish to cancel and rebook your trip or change dates, a loss of deposit will occur, and you will be required to pay the full deposit towards the new trip. If the new booking is made outside of the originally specified booking and travel dates, please be aware that no discount will be applied to the revised booking.  
9. Except as expressly mentioned above, Intrepid Travel's Terms & Conditions relating to Antarctic expeditions on the Ocean Nova apply.
