Visa and entry requirements for Japan

Many nationalities can visit Japan for tourism without a visa for up to 90 days. However, this does not apply to all countries, so you might need to get a visa before you travel. Regardless of visa requirements, you may need to show additional documentation at time of entry. Learn more about visa and entry requirements below.
