Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. By participating, you agree to be bound by and comply with these Terms and Conditions.
Promoter
The promoter is Intrepid Travel Pty Ltd (ABN 35 007 172 456) of Level 7, 567 Collins Street, Melbourne (Promoter).
Competition Period
The Competition commences at 12:01am AEST on 18 Feb 2026 and ends at 11:59pm AEST on 11 March 2025 (Competition Period). No entry details submitted after this time will be valid.
Entry Eligibility
The competition entry is open to Australian and New Zealand residents aged 18 years or older and excludes employees of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary company and their immediate families, anyone connected professionally with the prize draw, or any person where entering this competition breaches any law or regulation of the jurisdiction in which they are resident. In entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the prize. Only one entry per person will be available (Eligible Entrant).
Entry Instructions
To enter, individuals must complete the following entry mechanics during the Competition Period:
- Visit intrepidtravel.com/australia-nz-trip-competition
- Submit an answer to a related question on the competition entry form.
- Submit your first and last name, DOB, email address and country of residence.
Individuals may also opt-in to receive the Intrepid Travel & Zorali Newsletter e-newsletters.
Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid. Entries automatically generated by computer, completed by third parties in bulk, or that have been altered, reconstructed or tampered with will be rejected. Entrants may only enter the competition once per email address.
Winners Prize
The prize winner will receive:
- Two (2) places on an Australia or New Zealand walking & trekking trip up to the value of AUD $3000 per person
- Return economy flights for two (2) pax from the prize winner’s closest Australian or New Zealand capital city, with a maximum airfare allowance of up to AUD $2000 in total, which may be used to contribute towards return economy flights between Australia and New Zealand, subject to availability and Intrepid Travel approval.

The total value of the Prize is approximately AUD $8000.
Not included in the Prize is transport to & from airport, including transfers to/from any included accommodation, travel insurance, any additional meals, accommodation or activities not included in the itinerary.
Should the winner want to arrive or depart at the joining point of the trip outside of the booked trip itinerary dates, flight prices must not vary significantly from the flights selected by Intrepid and will be at Intrepid’s discretion.
Once flights have been issued, the winner will be subject to airline fare rules. Should the winner decide to make any changes to the flights, they will need to cover any the costs associated as per fare rules.
All travel is subject to the Intrepid Booking Conditions which can be found at: https://www.intrepidtravel.com/booking-intrepid/booking-conditions. The winner will be required to agree to the current Booking Conditions at the time of booking including any applicable policies or waivers that are in place at the time.
The Prize is not able to be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash and is subject to any terms and conditions imposed by any supplier of the Prize to the Promoter.
The Prize can be redeemed from 17 March & must be fully booked/redeemed three months prior to travel commencing. Travel must have commenced by 31st of March 2027.
The Prize is subject to availability at time of booking. A minimum of 4 travellers must be confirmed on the Intrepid trip for the for the prize winner booking to be confirmed on their requested date. The Promoter reserves the right to replace the Prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter's control makes it necessary to do so.
The winner is responsible for ensuring that they have any required visas, vaccinations and travel documentation, including passports.
There will be 1 winner determined in respect of this promotion.
Runner up prizes
Ten (10) runners up will receive:
- 10 x $50 vouchers to spend with Zorali
The total value of the Prize is approximately $50 AUD per person.
- Any Zorali gift voucher issued as part of this promotion is valid for 12 months from the date of issue and may be redeemed online at zorali.com.au only.
- Zorali vouchers are non-transferable, non-refundable, and not redeemable for cash.
- Unless otherwise stated, Zorali vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, discount, or promotion, and exclusions may apply, including sale items or limited releases.
- If the total purchase value exceeds the value of the voucher, the remaining balance must be paid by the customer at checkout.
- Any unused balance remaining on a Zorali voucher will remain available until the voucher expiry date.
- Zorali gift vouchers will be issued after the end of the promotional booking period to customers who have a confirmed eligible booking and have paid the required deposit in full.
- Eligible customers will receive their Zorali gift voucher mid-March, issued electronically to the email address associated with the booking.
- Zorali voucher redemption is subject to Zorali’s standard terms and conditions, and Intrepid Travel is not responsible for the fulfilment, availability, or redemption of Zorali products or vouchers.
Prize draw date
The draw for the winner and runners up will take place at 12:00pm AEST on 16 March 2026 at [Level 7, 567 Collins Street, Melbourne, 3000] (Prize Draw Date).
The winner will be notified in writing by email submitted at the time of entry.
The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to identify and locate the Prize Winner. At the conclusion of 21 days, if no response is received by the Promoter, we will deem the prize as unclaimed and an unclaimed Prize draw will be held on Tuesday 07 April 2026 The Prize Winner from the redraw will be notified by email and similarly given 21 days to claim the prize. If by 29th April 2026 the prize is still unclaimed, this prize will be forfeited.
Collection and use of your personal information
Personal Information including the Eligible Entrant’s name, address, telephone number and email will be collected and used for the purpose of conducting this Competition. This may require disclosure to third parties, including the Promoter’s agents or third-party service providers, for the purpose of conducting the Competition.

Jurisdiction
The promotion shall be governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
General
The Promoter and its affiliates reserve the right to amend or withdraw the prize draw and any of the prizes in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside their reasonable control. Prizes are subject to availability. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute alternative prizes of equivalent or greater value.
Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the Prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
