Live the Dalmatian dream, cruising the breathtaking Croatian coast.
There’s a special place in central Dalmatia that’s home to beautifully preserved medieval towns and little coves with some of the clearest waters in all of Europe. Begin in the stunning walled city of Dubrovnik before navigating your way northbound to the romantic old town of Korcula. Venture up the River Neretva and discover the beautiful town of Mostar in Bosnia and Herzegovina then drop an anchor in Hvar and explore the history and glamour of this popular port. Go fortress hunting in Trogir, kayak through the Telascica Nature park, check out the mix of architecture in Zadar and sink your teeth into some smoked ham with a traditional Dalmatian lunch in Sibenik. With local guides, a dedicated crew and plenty of time to relax, it’s all pretty cruisy on the Croatian coast.
Board a traditional vessel and sail up along the spectacular Neretva River, inland from Opuzen
Explore the beautiful town of Mostar – check out the town’s iconic bridge and take the opportunity to see a coffee demonstration followed by a tasting
Drop anchor in the middle of port towns like Hvar or Korcula and explore straight off the boat – one of the many benefits of small-ship cruising.
Visit the stunning Kornati National Park, the biggest and most incredible collection of islands in the entire Adriatic Sea – once described as God's special creation of 'tears, stars and breath'.
Eat and drink like a Dalmatian king, with a traditional feast in a small village outside Sibenik.
This is small ship Adventure Cruising, which means you’ll be sailing on a yacht with 30 other people. The boat is spacious and comfortable, but the itinerary focuses more on the destination than on-board activities. Instead of a pool, we have the sea itself. Instead of a casino, we’ve got board games and a good book. There’s also no formal dress code to worry about and Wi-Fi is available for a small charge.
Our ship moves under engine power, rather than sailing, so all cabins will experience light engine noise when the ship is moving (and occasionally when we drop anchor). It’s probably worth packing earplugs if you’re a light sleeper.
Unlike other ships that cruise through the night, we’ll spend our evenings docked at port. This will give you more time to dine ashore and enjoy those balmy Croatian evenings. Cruising will mostly take place during the day.
Onshore activities and excursions will involve a bit of walking. You’ll be visiting ancient sites and historical places, and at times you may have to cross cobbled streets and uneven ground, sometimes in hot conditions. If you have any concerns, please speak to your group leader before taking part.
Most of our departures run in peak season, when the seas are calmer. The ship will experience some roll and pitch in choppy conditions, however all of our ships come equipped with stabilisers to minimise movement. There will be seasickness tablets on board and your crew will do all they can to minimise any discomfort.
There are no lifts (elevators) on board our ships, so you’ll have to navigate a few steep flights of stairs (fitted with handrails) to access all the decks.
Discover the Dalmatian Coast aboard this cosy motor yacht, tailor-made for the ideal Croatian adventure.
Single travellers will share a twin a room with another traveller of the same gender. If you’d prefer not to share, a single cabin supplement is available at an additional charge. A single passenger cannot be booked or confirmed in a double cabin unless a single supplement is paid.
