We’ve teamed up with Club Sup for a series of intimate dining experiences that’ll transport you around the world. Hosted across Melbourne and Sydney, these dinners are an exclusive experience limited to 16 guests per supper club – the same number as our trips.
The Intrepid Supper Club 10% offer applies to new bookings made and deposited between 12:01am AEST 7 May 2025 to 11:59pm AEST 15 December 2025.
Offer applies to selected Intrepid trips departing between 7 May 2025 – 15 December 2026, excluding travel between 15 December 2025 – 14 January 2026.
A 10% discount can be applied to Intrepid Travel small group adventures, excluding the following:
Short-Break Adventures;
Tailor-Made Experiences;
Urban Adventures;
Antarctica trips.
This offer is only applicable to book by Australian residents booking in Australian Dollars (AUD).
You must quote the promo code at the time of booking to receive the 10% discount.
All offers apply to the trip price only and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount.

All offers apply to land element of trip only and cannot be redeemed against flights, additional accommodation, transfers, single supplements, travel insurance or local payments/kittys.
Our trips are subject to availability and confirmation by Intrepid Travel at time of booking.
If you wish to cancel and rebook your trip or change dates outside the promotional period, you will be required to pay the full cost towards the new trip.
Travel documents and vaccination requirements are the responsibility of the individual traveller.

The promoter is Intrepid Travel Pty Ltd (35 007 172 456) of Level 7, Melbourne, Victoria, Australia (Promoter).
Competition Period
The Competition commences at 12:01am AEST on 10 April 2025 and ends at 11:59pm on 30 April 2025 (Competition Period). No entry details submitted after this time will be accepted.
Entry Eligibility
The competition entry is open to Australian Residents participants aged 18 years or older and excludes employees of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary company and their immediate families, anyone connected professionally with the prize draw, or any person where entering this competition breaches any law or regulation of the jurisdiction in which they are resident. In entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the prize.
Entry Instructions
To enter, individuals must complete the following entry mechanics during the Competition Period:
Prize
The prize winner will receive:
- One (1) place on a 12 day Vietnam Real Food Adventure (TVZY) tour
- Return economy flights for one (1) pax from the prize winner’s closest Australian capital city
- The total value of the Prize is approximately $4,500 AUD.
Prize terms and conditions
This prize is subject to the below terms and conditions, in addition to our booking conditions in force from time to time:
- The prize must be redeemed against a new booking at least 3 months in advance of departure and must be redeemed for travel departing before 30 April 2025. The following black out period applies to travel: 12 December 2025 - 15 January 2026.
- The winner must contact Intrepid Travel directly to book the prize and quote the prize winner promo code advised at time of winning. It is the responsibility of the prize winner to book and travel by the required date.
- The winner will be required to agree to the current Booking Conditions at the time of booking including any applicable policies or waivers that are in place at the time.
- The Prize is strictly non-transferable to another person nor is it redeemable for cash.
- The Prize is subject to availability at time of booking. A minimum of 4 travellers must be confirmed on the Intrepid trip for the prize winner booking to be confirmed on their requested date. The Promoter reserves the right to replace the Prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter's control makes it necessary to do so.
- The winner is responsible for ensuring that they have valid passports, and any required visas, vaccinations, travel insurance and other travel documentation.
Prize Draw Date
There will be 1 winner determined in respect of this promotion.
The winner will be determined by random selection based on number of entries in the draw.
The draw will take place at Melbourne, Australia, 10:00am 01 May 2025.
The winner will be notified in writing by the email submitted at the time of registration for the event.
The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to identify and locate the prize winner. At the conclusion of 14 days, if no response is received by the Promoter, we will deem the prize as unclaimed and an unclaimed Prize draw will be held on 14 May 2025. The Prize Winner from the redraw will be notified by email and similarly given 14 days to claim the prize. If by 28 May 2025 the prize is still unclaimed, this prize will be forfeited.
Collection and use of your personal information
Personal Information including the entrant’s name, address, telephone number and email will be collected and used for the purpose of conducting this Competition. This may require disclosure to third parties, including the Promoter’s agents or third-party service providers, for the purpose of conducting the Competition.

Jurisdiction
The promotion shall be governed by the laws in place in Victoria, Australia.
General
The Promoter and its affiliates reserve the right to amend or withdraw the prize draw and any of the prizes in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside their reasonable control. Prizes are subject to availability. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute alternative prizes of equivalent or greater value.
Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the Prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
