Your Tesco Clubcard vouchers 

You can use your Clubcard vouchers to part pay for your holiday (maximum redemption value £800 per person).  

To redeem your vouchers simply follow these easy steps: 

  1. Check the Intrepid Travel website for trip options, prices and dates (you might want to give us a call to confirm availability or reserve a spot). 

  1. Select the amount of Clubcard vouchers you’d like to exchange on Tesco.com and complete your order. 

  1. Tesco will send a confirmation email, followed by a second email containing your Intrepid Travel Reward Partner code, to your Tesco.com email address. 

  1. Call us on 0808 274 5111 to make your booking.


  • Bookings can be made for trips bought on a ‘land only’ or ‘flight inclusive’ basis.   
  • Holidays must be booked at least 14 days before departure. 
  • Claim x3 the amount of your Tesco Clubcard points until the 15th June at 11.59pm. After this date you can still claim x2 the amount of your Tesco Clubcard Points. 
  • The maximum redemption value for Reward Partner codes is £800 per person. Reward Partner codes will not be accepted on optional extras such as holiday insurance or exchanged for cash. 
  • You cannot use Reward Partner codes to pay for the deposit. It must be paid with a credit or debit card. 
  • Reward Partner codes can be combined with other discounts offered by Intrepid Travel. 
  • All bookings must be made direct with Intrepid Travel via our dedicated phone number (0808 274 5111) and are subject to availability and our standard Booking Conditions. 
  • Operation of the trip is dependent upon a minimum number of persons booking the tour.  In the event of this number not being achieved, we reserve the right to cancel the tour; although of course we will make every effort to offer you suitable alternative arrangements in the first instance. 
  • Reward Partner codes can be added any time prior to your balance due date (typically 56 days to departure)
  • ATOL Protected 6352. ABTA Y0766. 
  • Please check the expiry date of your Reward Partner codes – out of date Reward Partner codes cannot be redeemed or refunded. All standard Tesco.com and Clubcard scheme terms and conditions apply – these can be found on Tesco’s website. 

Things to remember: 

  • Reward Partner codes are valid for six months from the date of issue. You must book your holiday within six months of receiving your Reward Partner code. 
  • Reward Partner codes cannot be used against School and Private Group bookings.

The Himalayan Rescue Association Nepal (HRA)

The Himalayan Rescue Association Nepal (HRA) provides much needed medical and emergency evacuation assistance and treats many cases of severe mountain sickness. The HRA operates high altitude aid-posts at Manang (3500m) on the Annapurna route, and at Pheriche (4200m) on the Everest Base Camp trek.

KOTO Training Centre

The KOTO Training Centre provides a two-year program in hospitality, English and life skills training, to groups of 16-22 year olds from disadvantaged backgrounds. Trainees also receive accommodation, food, medical check-ups and treatment if required.
