Croatia sailing cruises

With dozens of islands scattered off the Dalmatian Coast, Croatia was simply made for sailing

It’s no mystery why Croatia has become the darling of Europe, what with its perfect blend of Old-World charm and youthful exuberance. After all, this is the place where tumbledown villages still make wine by hand, ancient royal palaces become breezy open-air piazzas, and a pulsing underground night scene means you can shout ‘zivjeli’ till sunrise. It just so happens that your best ticket to see all of this is also at the prow of a boat, hopping from island to island and closing out the day with drinks by the Adriatic.

The Omega Kiss is a classic sailboat, combining timeless design, exceptional seaworthiness and unmatched comfort. Fashioned with a traditional wood interior, the Omega Kiss has an impressive saloon and offers spacious [for a sailing boat] cabins. Equipped with 4 twin/double cabins the Omega Kiss is the perfect yacht for novices to learn the ‘ropes’. On our Croatia and Montenegro trips we use the Omega Kiss or a similar yacht of the same standard.

Montenegro Sailing Adventure from Dubrovnik

Benjamin · Traveled August 2024
This is a great trip to get a taste of Croatia and Montenegro, experience life on a real sailboat, and see some beautiful scenery. The skipper was informative and flexible, and was always willing to accommodate our requests. The itinerary is varied and dynamic, without being rushed, and I really feel like I was able to learn a bit about this part of the world that wouldn't have been possible just coming on my own. I would highly recommend this to anyone interested in seeing the Bay of Kotor and Dubrovnik from the sea.

I am happy for you to distill one from the above and send it to me for approval - I am under pressure now to finish this rather long questionnaire

Croatia Sailing Adventure: Dubrovnik to Split

Joanna · Traveled August 2024
I highly recommend this trip, it’s a great way to explore the islands. Our skipper was great, stopping at swimming spots, recommendations and sharing his knowledge. So go with an open mind about the group and itinerary - it’s a relatively small space, there’s weather and the unexpected, if you can do that you’ll love it.

I would recommend this trip for anyone that wants to experience the freedom and peace of being on a beautiful boat sailing around the Croatian Islands......and the swimming locations cannot be explained, they have to be seen and experienced to believe!
