The promoters are:
Intrepid Travel Pty Ltd (ABN 35 007 172 456) of Level 7, 567 Collins Street, Melbourne, VIC 3000 (Intrepid); and
2. Force 10 Hoops LLC of 1616 W Bertona Street, Seattle, WA 98119 (Seattle Storm).
The WNBA is not a Promoter of this Competition. The WNBA and Seattle Storm are registered trademarks of the Women’s National Basketball Association.
Competition Period:
The Competition begins at 6:30:00 PM Pacific Time on June 3, 2025 and ends at 10:00:00 PM PT on June 27, 2025, subject to satisfaction of the below Travel Violation Criteria (“Competition Period”). Intrepid’s designated time clock will be the official time keeping device for this Competition. All interpretations of these Terms and Conditions and decisions made by Intrepid relating to the Competition are final. Entries submitted prior to or after the Competition Period will be disqualified.
Travel Violation Criteria:
Prizes in this Competition will become eligible for winning upon the applicable “Travel Violation” (as defined below) occurring:
First Travel Violation: Upon the occurrence of one (1) uncontested, final ruling of a traveling violation ruled against a player on the Away Team during the WNBA Game (i.e., a referee determines that the player on the Away Team took more than two steps without the basketball being dribbled, resulting in a turnover favoring the Home Team, a “Travel Violation”)(the “First Travel Violation”), five (5) potential winners will be selected in accordance with these Terms and Conditions for the First Travel Violation Prize.
Second Travel Violation: Upon the occurrence of a separate, subsequent, second uncontested, final ruling of a traveling violation ruled against a player on the Away Team during the WNBA Game (i.e., a referee determines that the player on the Away Team took more than two steps without the basketball being dribbled, resulting in a turnover favoring the Home Team)(the “Second Travel Violation”), one (1) potential winner will be selected in accordance with these Terms and Conditions for the Second Travel Violation Prize.
No other potential winners will be selected for any Travel Violation occurring beyond two (2) Away Team Travel Violations.
Entry Eligibility:
The Competition is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older as of June 2, 2025, in each case subject to these Terms and Conditions. In entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the prize. Only one entry per person will be available.
The following entrants are excluded from entering this Competition:
employees of Intrepid, Seattle Storm, the Women’s National Basketball Association (WNBA) and WNBA Enterprises, LLC (Enterprises) or each of its holding or subsidiary company and their immediate families, anyone connected professionally with the prize draw, or any person where entering this competition breaches any law or regulation of the jurisdiction in which they are resident.

Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid. Entries automatically generated by computer, completed by third parties in bulk, or that have been altered, reconstructed or tampered with will be rejected.
Each Promoter is not responsible for lost, incomplete, late, damaged, garbled, stolen, undelivered or misdirected entries, mail, or email messages; failures or malfunctions of phones, phone lines or telephone systems or other communications malfunctions; malfunctions of entry process; interrupted or unavailable network, server, cable, satellite, Internet Service Provider (ISP) or other connections including those through [Intrepid Travel Site], www.storm.wnba.com, or other sites; miscommunications, failed computer hardware or software or other technical failures; garbled, lost, misrouted or scrambled transmissions; any error, omission, interruption, defect or delay in any transmission or communication; traffic congestion on the Internet or for any technical problem, including but not limited to any injury or damage to entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation in this Competition; printing, typographical or other errors appearing within these Terms and Conditions or in any Competition-related advertisements or other materials; or other errors or problems of any kind whether mechanical, network, human, technical, electronic, printing, typographical or otherwise, including, without limitation, errors that may occur in connection with the administration of the Competition, the processing of entries or registrations, the announcement of the prize or in any other Competition-related materials. The use of automated entry or similar devices or other means to subvert the entry process is prohibited and entries through such prohibited means are void. By entering this Competition, entrants give their express permission to be contacted by Promoter via telephone, e-mail and/or postal mail for Competition purposes only.
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and the decisions of the Promoter (as applicable), which are final and binding and agree that:
(1) Each Promoter and their designees may use (unless prohibited by law) their name, voice, city/state of residence, photograph and/or likeness for advertising and/or trade and/or for any other purpose in any media or format now or hereafter known, worldwide in perpetuity, without further compensation, permission or notification, and
(2) Each Promoter and their designees and assigns shall have no liability and will be indemnified and held harmless for any liability, loss, injury or damage, including, without limitation, personal injury, death or damage to personal or real property, to entrant or any other person or entity due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prize or participation in this Competition.
Each Promoter reserves the right, in their respective discretion, to modify, suspend or terminate this Competition (or any portion thereof) should virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes, including but not limited to war or armed conflict (whether or not officially declared), labor controversy or threat thereof, and/or acts of God, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of this Competition and, in the event of termination, at its discretion, select winner from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received as of the date of the event requiring such termination.
Collection and use of your personal information:
Personal Information including the entrant’s name, address and email will be collected and used for the purpose of conducting this Competition. This may require disclosure to third parties, including each Promoter’s agents or third-party service providers, for the purpose of conducting the Competition and for sending marketing materials to entrants if they have opted-in to receiving marketing materials from each Promoter.

Jurisdiction:
Except where prohibited, each entrant agrees that: (i) all issues and questions concerning these Terms and Conditions and this Competition shall be governed by the laws of the state of Washington without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law of any jurisdiction; (ii) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to this Competition or the prize(s) awarded shall be (A) resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and (B) filed only in the state or federal courts situated in King County, Washington (i.e., Seattle, Washington), and entrant hereby consents and submits to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purposes of litigating any such disputes, claims or causes of action; (iii) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but in no event attorneys’ fees; and (iv) under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, special, consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.
General:
The Promoter and its affiliates reserve the right to amend or withdraw the prize draw and any of the prizes in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside their reasonable control. Prizes are subject to availability. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute alternative prizes of equivalent or greater value.
Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the Prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Each winner is responsible for any federal, state and local taxes, as well as any other costs and expenses associated with acceptance and use of prize not specified.
Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage the QR code entry process, any competition web site, or otherwise undermine the legitimate operation of the competition may be in violation of the applicable rules, criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, the Promoters reserve the right to seek remedies (including attorneys’ fees) and damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution. The WNBA is not a sponsor of this competition. The Seattle Storm, WNBA, and WNBA logo are trademarks of the Women’s National Basketball Association.
Each of the Promoters reserves the right to conduct a background check of any and all records of the winner, including without limitation, civil and criminal court records, police reports and social media. To the extent necessary under law, the winner shall authorise this background check and acknowledge that the Promoters each has a legitimate business need for such background check.
