4. Only one $99 solo supplement discount can be applied per trip per traveler. This discount is not transferable or redeemable for cash. When booking multiple eligible trips, the discount applies to each eligible trip within the booking.
5. This offer can be used in conjunction with other promotions or valid discounts.

7. All offers apply to land element of trip only and cannot be redeemed against flights, additional accommodation, transfers, travel insurance or local payments/kittys.
8. These offers are only available for bookings made in USD and CAD.
9. Our trips are subject to availability and confirmation by Intrepid Travel at the time of booking.
10. If you voluntarily cancel and rebook your trip or change your travel dates to a date outside the promotional period, the $99 solo supplement price will not apply to the new booking and you will be required to pay the standard solo supplement rate. This does not affect your rights under any applicable consumer guarantee or consumer protection legislation.

12. Travel documents & vaccination requirements are the responsibility of the individual traveler.
13. Intrepid Travel reserves the right to withdraw this offer for bookings not yet made. If Intrepid Travel modifies or withdraws the offer after a booking has been made and deposited, the original offer terms will continue to apply to that booking. Any withdrawal of the offer for future bookings will take effect no earlier than 48 hours after notice is published on the Intrepid Travel website.
14. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any right or remedy, or any guarantee, warranty, or other term or condition implied or imposed by any applicable law which cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
