Cycle the Danube

Excellent trip. Very highly recommended. While the terrain is mostly flat, there are quite a few inclines to climb. Unless you're an avid biker, opting for an ebike will make your trip much more enjoyable.
There are 3 days of 50+ miles to bike and it can get to be a lot. Plan well and carry your own seat cushions, padded shorts etc. Biking gloves are a must. Plan for inclement weather even if the forecast doesn't show anything.

This trip provides local sights, culture, food and experiences in a very hands-on way! The itinerary is well planned, accommodation quality was excellent and the guides were very professional and also a lot of fun! Highly recommend and for the best experience make sure you are quite fit and confident on a bicycle!

I do not recommend this trip. For the price per day this company charges, it can provide better accommodation, but they place people in cheap hostels that are noisy and lack basics such as AC. There are no inclusions. You are paying just to get transported from one city to the next and if you complain about any of this they tell you to upgrade. Intrepid keeps more than 80 percent on double occupancy rooms, they just refuse to provide much service. I recommend looking at other tour companies for better experience.
