Hike through the mighty forests of Great Otway National Park where you’ll inhale the scent of eucalyptus as you make your way to pristine Shelly Beach.
Stride along the top of mighty sea cliffs and watch sunshine create dancing rainbows on the tumbling waters of Rainbow Falls.
With almost every meal included, you’ll enjoy wonderful fresh picnics in incredible locations, delicious breakfasts and hearty homecooked dinners.
This is a 104km walking trip so you will need to have good physical fitness to fully enjoy it.
On Days 2 and 3 we will walk over 20km each day so you will need to be confident that you can walk this distance two days in a row.
There is some driving included in each day as we will overnight in two places along the coast, rather than in a new place each night. Therefore, we need to drive to the start and then from the end of each day’s walking.
Walking along the Great Ocean Road means different terrain from sandy beaches to rocky paths. You must bring appropriate footwear and clothing to be able to tackle these famous paths.
Just as a heads up before you book: this trip is new to our range this year. And while we have thoroughly researched every detail of the logistics, new destinations can sometimes throw us some unexpected surprises. More often than not, it’ll be a great surprise. But every now and again there might be a hiccup. We like to think that’s what puts the ‘adventure’ in ‘adventure travel’.
