To enter the giveaway, agents must book an Intrepid trip within the giveaway entry dates (above) and register that booking through the Intrepid Vietnam Incentive form.
Any bookings made but not submitted through the Intrepid Vietnam Incentive form will not count as an entry in the prize draw.
Any Intrepid Vietnam Incentive forms submitted after 11.59pm GMT on 5 December 2024 will not be included in the prize draw.
For each qualifying booking the agents should submit a new form.
Prize-winners will be drawn at random and will be notified via email and/or ILA Facebook by Friday 20 December 2024.
If the prize-winner does not acknowledge / claim the prize by 31 January 2025 then Intrepid will select and notify a new winner.
The giveaway competition is open exclusively to Travel Agents working with Intrepid Travel.
Intrepid reserves the right to make changes to the giveaway prizes at our own discretion if deemed necessary.
All winners are responsible for ensuring that they have valid passport and any required visas, vaccinations and travel documents (at own expense).

Prizes

Star Prize: Win a space on Intrepid’s Vietnam Express Southbound

The prize is 1 x space on a Vietnam Express Southbound trip for the winner of the giveaway.
The prize can be booked for travel between 15 January 2025 – 30 September 2025.
The prize must be redeemed and booked before 28 February 2025.
The prize winner will be given a promo code which can be used to book the departure date of their choice (assuming availability).
The prize is the land element of the trip only. Not included in the prize are flights, travel insurance, transfers, any additional meals or accommodation not included in the itinerary or local payments/kitty’s.
If the winner wishes to cancel and rebook the trip or change dates outside of the promotional period, they will be required to pay the full cost towards the new trip.
Standard Intrepid Booking conditions apply. The winner will be required to agree to the current Booking Conditions at the time of booking.
The Prize is subject to availability at the time of booking. A minimum of 4 travellers must be confirmed on the Intrepid trip for the prize winner’s booking to be confirmed on their requested date.
The Prize is strictly non-transferable to another person, trip, or redeemable for cash.
If the prize-winner would like to bring a companion, they will be eligible for 20% discount.
There are 2 x Vietnam Express Southbound prize trip spaces included in the giveaway. 2 x winners will be drawn for this prize.

Win an Intrepid Urban Adventure Tour in Vietnam

The prize is a £75 travel voucher to be used on an Intrepid Urban Adventures Vietnam tour.
The prize must be redeemed and booked before 31 January 2025.
The voucher is valid for use on a Vietnam Intrepid Urban Adventures tour before 31 June 2025.
This voucher can be used towards a Vietnam Intrepid Urban Adventure tour only and cannot be redeemed for cash.
This voucher can be used for a booking for up to 2 people. If the tour cost is below £75 in total, the voucher balance cannot be used towards another Intrepid Urban Adventures tour, cannot be held as credit and is not redeemable for cash.
This voucher cannot be used to book a private tour.
The prize-winner can select a tour with a cost of more than £75 and pay the difference. In this instance, usual payment terms will apply.
If the winner wishes to cancel and rebook the tour or change dates outside of the promotional period, the winner will be required to pay the full cost towards the new tour.
The prize is the land element of the day tour only. Not included in the prize are flights, travel insurance, transfers, any additional meals or accommodation not included in the day tour, or local payments/kitty’s.
