Osaka tours & holidays

Happy travellers posing and laughing together on a bridge in front of Dotonbori in Osaka, Japan.

This one’s for the foodies

As Japan’s unofficial culinary capital, Osaka’s motto is ‘kuidaore’ – eat until you drop – and while we won’t tell you what to do, it's a pretty good idea here. You can snack your way through Kuromon Market’s maze of 100 stalls, dive into the eclectic Dotonbori district for restaurants, bars and shopping, or mix things up beyond the food scene. Like daytrips to Nara Park to see its sacred deer, check out the retro vibes in Shinsekai, or stroll in the gardens of Osaka Castle. Even one of Osaka’s signature dishes, okonomiyaki, comes from the phrase ‘to your liking’ – which couldn't be more on brand for a trip like this.
