Intrepid Travel x Vita Coco Sweepstakes

The promoters are: 

1. Intrepid Travel Pty Ltd (ABN 35 007 172 456) of Level 7, 567 Collins Street, Melbourne, VIC 3000 (Intrepid Travel); and
2. The Vita Coco Company, Inc., 111 5^th Ave, Floor 2, New York, NY 10003 (Vita Coco)

The Competition commences at [09:00am] [EST] on September 02, 2026, and ends at [09:59 pm] [EST] on September 16, 2026 (Competition Period). 

No entry details submitted after this time will be valid.  

The competition is open to entrants based in the United States of America, aged 18 years or older as of [September 02] and excludes employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, anyone connected professionally with the prize draw, or any person where entering this competition breaches any law or regulation of the jurisdiction in which they are resident. In entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the prize. Only one entry per person will be available (Eligible Entrant).

Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid. Entries automatically generated by computer, completed by third parties in bulk, or that have been altered, reconstructed or tampered with will be rejected. 

The odds of winning the Prize depend on the number of eligible entries received. 

The prize will be determined by Promoters in accordance with these Competition Terms and Conditions: 

• One booking of an Intrepid small group adventure for the prize winner and a guest (2 people total) on an Intrepid trip to the following destination, dependent on availability, details outlined here: 
• Sri Lanka Real Food Adventure - https://www.intrepidtravel.com/us/sri-lanka/sri-lanka-real-food-adventure-166803 (“Intrepid Tour”). [ARV: $2,200)

The final decision on the destination and trip will be made by Intrepid Travel. 

Prize does not include flights to or from the start and finishing points of the trip, travel insurance, any additional meals or accommodation not included in the itinerary or as outlined in these Terms and conditions. 

This prize is subject to the below terms and conditions, in addition to our booking conditions in force from time to time. By entering and/or participating in the Sweepstakes, each Entrant agrees to be bound by and comply with all of the terms and conditions set forth, the interpretation and decisions of which are determined by the Promoter, which shall be final: 

• The prize must be redeemed against a new booking booked by April 30, 2027 and must be redeemed for travel departing before July 31, 2027. 

• The winner must contact Intrepid Travel directly to book the prize. It is the responsibility of the prize winner to book and travel by the required date. 

• The winner will be required to agree to the current Booking Conditions at the time of booking including any applicable policies or waivers that are in place at the time. 

• This prize applies to the land element of trip only and cannot be redeemed against flights, meals, travel insurance, single supplement payment, activities, spending money or local payments/kitties not covered by the itinerary. 

• Any request to change to a different Intrepid Travel trip is at the discretion of Intrepid Travel and is not guaranteed. 

• The Prize is strictly non-transferable to another person nor is it redeemable for cash. 

• The Prize is subject to availability at time of booking. A minimum of 4 travelers must be confirmed on the Intrepid trip for the prize winner booking to be confirmed on their requested date. The Promoter reserves the right to replace the Prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter's control makes it necessary to do so. 

The winner is responsible for ensuring that they have valid passports, and any required visas, vaccinations, travel insurance and other travel documentation. 

There will be 1 winner who may invite a guest (2 people total) determined in respect of this Sweepstakes. 

The winner will be determined by random selection based on number of eligible entries in the draw upon conclusion of the Sweepstakes Period on September 18, 2027.
