The prize is for one person to win up to £3000 GBP to use on x1 Intrepid small group adventure trip for two people, plus economy flights of up to £800 GBP per person.
The prize must be redeemed by 31 December 2025, and the winner must travel between 01 January 2026 – 30 June 2026.
The voucher may be redeemed against one new booking only and the winner must book directly with Intrepid by calling 0808 274 5111 and quoting the winning promo codes which will be sent to the winner. The promo code is applicable to redeem £3000 GBP to use on an Intrepid trip and to redeem flights of up to £800 GBP per person.
The voucher cannot be used on existing bookings.
The voucher can be applied to an Intrepid small group adventure trip only.
The voucher is not applicable to:

Trips operated by third parties (e.g. sell-ins)   
Short-Break Adventures;   
Tailor-Made Experiences;    
Urban Adventures trips;    
All expedition trips;  
Premium Walking & trekking trips;

The competition entry is open to people who have attended Stylist Live: The VIP Edition, between the dates of 18 October – 19 October 2025. The entry is open to those who are aged 18 years or older and excludes anyone connected professionally with the prize draw, or where any person entering this competition breaches any law or regulation of the jurisdiction in which they are resident. In entering this competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the prize.
To be eligible you will need to have attended Stylist Live 2025, visited the Intrepid stand and submitted your bucket list destination on paper to a member of the Intrepid team at Stylist Live before completing and submitting the online entry form.
Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid. Entries automatically generated by a computer, completed by third parties in bulk, or that have been altered, reconstructed or tampered with will be rejected.
Only one entry per person will be available. The winner will be drawn at random by 24 October 2025. The winner will be notified via the email address they have provided us with. If contact with the winner is attempted unsuccessfully on three occasions, we reserve the right to select a replacement winner. If the winner can’t go on the trip under circumstances out of their control, Intrepid reserves the right to decide how the trip is distributed on a case-by-case basis.
The voucher only applies to the tour and flight costs and excludes accommodation, transfers, local payments / kittys, permits, visas, insurance, or optional activities not covered by the itinerary.
Any unclaimed and/or unused portion of the voucher will be forfeited upon travel completion.
The voucher is strictly non-transferable to another person, trip or redeemable for cash.
The voucher is subject to availability at the time of booking. A minimum of 4 travellers must be confirmed on the Intrepid trip for the prize winner’s booking to be confirmed on their requested date.
Competition can be withdrawn and amended at anytime at Intrepid’s discretion.
