Tesco Clubcard

1. Bookings can be made for trips bought on a ‘land only’ or ‘flight inclusive’ basis.   

2. Holidays must be booked at least 14 days before departure. 

3. Claim x2 the amount of your Tesco Clubcard points. 

4. The maximum redemption value for Reward Partner vouchers is £800 per person. Reward Partner vouchers will not be accepted on optional extras such as holiday insurance or exchanged for cash. 

5. You cannot use Reward Partner vouchers to pay for the deposit. It must be paid with a credit or debit card. 

6. Reward Partner vouchers can be combined with other discounts offered by Intrepid Travel. 

7. All bookings must be made direct with Intrepid Travel via our dedicated phone number (0808 274 5111) and are subject to availability and our standard Booking Conditions. 

8. Operation of the trip is dependent upon a minimum number of persons booking the tour.  In the event of this number not being achieved, we reserve the right to cancel the tour; although of course we will make every effort to offer you suitable alternative arrangements in the first instance. 

9. Reward Partner vouchers can be added any time prior to your balance due date, which is specified in the booking conditions.

11. Please check the expiry date of your Reward Partner vouchers – out of date Reward Partner vouchers cannot be redeemed or refunded. All standard Tesco.com and Clubcard scheme terms and conditions apply – these can be found on Tesco’s website. 

Things to remember: 

Reward Partner vouchers are valid for six months from the date of issue. You must book your holiday within six months of receiving your Reward Partner voucher. 

Reward Partner voucher cannot be used against School and Private Group bookings.

1. The Tesco Clubcard one child goes free on selected trips offer applies to new bookings made and deposited between 01 June 2026 – 14 December 2026, for trips departing 01 June 2026 – 30 June 2027. 
2. The discount can be applied to the following Intrepid family trips only: Finland Family Holiday (BMFI), Greece Family Holiday (ZMFG), Slovenia Family Holiday with Teenagers (ZMFS), Italy Family Holiday (ZMFI), Northern Italy Family Holiday (ZMFD), Best of Italy Family Holiday (ZMFDC), Iceland Family Holiday (BIFI), Morocco Family Holiday (XMFE), Best of Morocco Family Holiday (XMFB), Vietnam Family Holiday (TVFA), Vietnam Family Holiday with Teenagers (TVFB), Cambodia Family Holiday (TKFB), Northern India Family Holiday (HHFI), Mexico Family Holiday (QMFA), Ecuador Family Holiday (GLFA), Peru Family Holiday (GGFB), Best of Costa Rica Family Holiday (QCFB), Costa Rica Family Holiday (QCFM). 
3. The discount is not applicable to any other Intrepid trips. 
4. The offer applies to the trip price only and must be claimed alongside Tesco Clubcard vouchers to be valid. This discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount.
5. The one child goes free offer applies to selected trips and can only be used for one child per family and claimed once per family.  
6. There can only be a maximum of two bookings using this offer per departure. If two Tesco Clubcard reward holders have booked on to the same trip departure, no other families can claim on that specific departure. 
7. All bookings with Tesco Clubcard Vouchers must be made directly with Intrepid Travel on 0808 274 5111.

9. All offers apply to land element of trip only and cannot be redeemed against flights, additional accommodation, transfers, travel insurance or local payments/kittys.
10. Our trips are subject to availability and confirmation by Intrepid Travel at time of booking.
11. If you wish to cancel and rebook your trip or change dates outside the promotional period, you will be required to pay the full cost towards the new trip. 
12. Offer can be withdrawn and amended at anytime at Intrepid’s discretion.   
13. This offer is available in GBP & EUR currencies only.
14. Travel documents & vaccination requirements are the responsibility of the individual traveller.
15. Except as set out expressly above, Intrepid Travel’s Booking Conditions apply.
16. This discount is exclusive to Tesco Clubcard reward holders and valid for their customers only who book an Intrepid trip using their Tesco Clubcard vouchers.
