United Kingdom tours in July 2025

It's a bird! It's a plane! It's the UK minus rain!

Ok, so there might be SOME rain, but overall, July is the UK's sunniest month, and to the locals, the dark, wet days of winter are a distant memory. With maximum daylight and warm (ish) temps, July is the perfect time for a walking trip. History buffs will enjoy following Hadrian's Wall through the English countryside, and wellness enthusiasts will love a nourishing yoga class following a walk along the Cornish Coast. Beat the July heat on your walking trip in the Scottish Highlands by trading hiking boots for swimming suits when you visit the 'beaches' of Loch Morlich for a cooling dip.

Highlights of South-West England

Juliane · Traveled July 2024
After travelling around Southwest England, I would highly recommend this tour for anyone interested in exploring Devon and Cornwall. Beautiful coastal walks and views that combine with a touch of culture and history. A definite must if you would love to try clotted cream and scones, Cornish cider, high tea or a traditional Cornish pasty. I loved the walk from Minack Theatre to Land's End. We were spoilt with seal spotting, the beauty of the landscape and being surrounded by a range of wild flowers and plants.

This trip was fantastic from beginning to end. Rhys our guide was excellent. He was knowledgeable and organised and incredibly great to talk with. Orkney is beautiful with so much history and this trip helped me see so much in a short space of time.

Walk Hadrian's Wall Highlights

Megan · Traveled July 2024
This is a great trip. Lovely views and vistas and very manageable walk if you are moderately fit. Kerry was a wonderful local guide who was very knowledgeable about the area. Hadrians Wall is a very cool part of the world and very worth seeing and experiencing!

Best of England, Wales and Scotland

Fran · Traveled July 2024
A great trip that covers a lot of must see locations. Given it is rated as an ‘original’ tour, we were pleasantly surprised by the standard of accommodation included. Given we are both in our 60’s and this being our first ever organised tour, we did find it a little too long and hectic. But well worth it nonetheless! We now know where we would love to visit again sometime in the future.
