Competition Period

The Competition commences at [09:00 Am] [EST] on August 01, 2026, and ends at [09:59 pm] [EST] on August 25, 2026 (Competition Period). 

No entry details submitted after this time will be valid.  

Entry Eligibility

The competition is open to entrants based in Canada, aged 18 years or older as of August 01, 2026 and excludes employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, anyone connected professionally with the prize draw, or any person where entering this competition breaches any law or regulation of the jurisdiction in which they are resident. In entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the prize. Only one entry per person will be available (Eligible Entrant).

• Agree to these Competition Terms and Conditions 

Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid. Entries automatically generated by computer, completed by third parties in bulk, or that have been altered, reconstructed or tampered with will be rejected. 

The odds of winning the Prize depend on the number of eligible entries received. 

Prize

The prize will be determined by Intrepid in accordance with these Competition Terms and Conditions: 

There are two (2) prizes available to be won. Each prize includes:   

• Two (2) tickets to a screening at the Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF)
• Two (2) spots in a Toronto Intrepid Urban Adventure tour
• One-night stay at Revery Hotel in Toronto (Dates: Fri Sep 18 – Sat Sep 19)
• One dinner for two at Everside Social Eatery & Taphouse ($200 CAD credit)

This prize is subject to the below terms and conditions, in addition to our booking conditions in force from time to time. By entering and/or participating in the Sweepstakes, each Entrant agrees to be bound by and comply with all of the terms and conditions set forth, the interpretation and decisions of which are determined by the Promoter, which shall be final: 

The prize must be redeemed on September 18-19, 2026. All prize elements are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and have no cash value. Travel to and from Toronto is not included.   

Winners will be required to agree to and comply with Revery Hotel booking terms and conditions. 

Prize Draw Date

There will be 2 winners who may invite a guest (4 people total) determined in respect of this Sweepstakes. 

The winner will be determined by random selection based on number of eligible entries in the draw upon conclusion of the Sweepstakes Period on August 27, 2026. 

The winner will be notified in writing by the email submitted at the time of registration for the Sweepstakes.

The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to identify and locate the prize winner.  

Winners must confirm acceptance of their prize no later than August 31, 2025. If a winner does not respond or cannot be contacted within that time, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner.  

Collection and use of your personal information  

Personal Information including the Eligible Entrant’s [Name, address, email] will be collected and used for the purpose of conducting this Competition. This may require disclosure to third parties, including the Promoter’s agents or third-party service providers, for the purpose of conducting the Competition.  

The Promoter is based in Canada. By entering, entrants acknowledge that their personal information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in Canada and other jurisdictions where the Promoter or its service providers operate, in accordance with applicable data protection laws.  Please see the Promoter’s privacy policy and collection notice for this Competition for more information about how we use your personal information.   

Jurisdiction 

The promotion shall be governed by the laws of Canada.  

General 

The Promoter and its affiliates reserve the right to amend or withdraw the prize draw and any of the prizes in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside their reasonable control. Prizes are subject to availability. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute alternative prizes of equivalent or greater value. 

Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the Prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
