1. Intrepid Travel Pty Ltd (ABN 35 007 172 456) of Level 7, 567 Collins Street, Melbourne, VIC 3000 (Intrepid) (Promoter).

Sweepstakes Period:

The Sweepstakes commences at 12:01am PST on May 23, 2026 and ends at 11:59pm on May 31, 2026 (Sweepstakes Period). No entry details submitted after this time will be accepted.

Entry Eligibility:

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older as of May 22, 2026, in each case, subject to these Official Rules. In entering the Sweepstakes, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the prize.

Only one entry per person will be available.

Winner may be required to present valid driver’s license and/or passport to verify date of birth.

Participation in this Sweepstakes is entirely voluntary.

Entry Instructions:

To enter, individuals must complete the following entry form during the Sweepstakes Period:

- Enter the following information:

o First and last name;

o Email address;

o Country of residence;

o Agree to these Sweepstakes Official Rules and the Promoter’s privacy policy.

- Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid. Entries automatically generated by computer, completed by third parties in bulk, or that have been altered, reconstructed or tampered with will be rejected.

- The odds of winning the Prize depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Prize:

The prize will be determined by Intrepid in accordance with these Official Rules:

• One booking of an Intrepid Travel small group adventure for the prize winner and a guest (2 people total) on an REI Exclusive or REI Recommended collection trip to one of the following destinations, dependent on availability, details outlined here:

o Peru: Hike the Inca Trail (ARV $1,640 USD pp);

o United States of America: Sedona Red Rock Hiking (ARV $1,760 USD pp);

o Portugal: Hike the Rota Vicentina in Portugal (ARV $1,456 USD pp);

o Belize and Guatemala: Land of Belize & Tikal (ARV $1,728 USD pp);

o Morocco: Morocco: Women’s Expedition (ARV $1,078 USD pp);

o Morocco: Morocco: Hike & Bike (ARV $1,099 USD pp);

o Costa Rica: Classic Costa Rica (ARV $2,300 USD pp).

o The final decision on the destination and trip will be made by Intrepid Travel.

o Prize also includes airport transfers at the destination country, accommodation for the night prior to the trip and the night immediately after the trip concludes if necessary. Prize does not include flights to or from the start and finishing points of the trip, travel insurance, any additional meals or accommodation not included in the itinerary or as outlined in these Official Rules.

o Guest must be 15 years of age to participate in trip prize.

Prize terms and conditions:

This prize is subject to the below terms and conditions, in addition to our booking conditions in force from time to time. By entering and/or participating in the Sweepstakes, each Entrant agrees to be bound by and comply with all of the terms and conditions set forth, the interpretation and decisions of which are determined by the Promoter, which shall be final:

• The prize must be redeemed against a new booking at least 3 months in advance of departure and must be redeemed for travel departing before December 15, 2026.

• The winner must contact Intrepid Travel directly to book the prize. It is the responsibility of the prize winner to book and travel by the required date.

• The winner will be required to agree to the current Booking Conditions at the time of booking including any applicable policies or waivers that are in place at the time.

• This prize applies to the land element of trip only and cannot be redeemed against flights, meals, travel insurance, single supplement payment, activities, spending money or local payments/kitties not covered by the itinerary.

• Any request to change to a different Intrepid Travel trip is at the discretion of Intrepid Travel and is not guaranteed.

• The Prize is strictly non-transferable to another person nor is it redeemable for cash.

• The Prize is subject to availability at time of booking. A minimum of 4 travellers must be confirmed on the Intrepid trip for the prize winner booking to be confirmed on their requested date. The Promoter reserves the right to replace the Prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter's control makes it necessary to do so.

• The winner is responsible for ensuring that they have valid passports, and any required visas, vaccinations, travel insurance and other travel documentation.

• The winner must sign a Declaration of Compliance and Release to receive the Prize.

Prize Draw Date:

There will be 1 winner who may invite a guest (2 people total) determined in respect of this Sweepstakes.

The winner will be determined by random selection based on number of eligible entries in the draw upon conclusion of the Sweepstakes Period on June 3, 2026.

The winner will be notified in writing by the email submitted at the time of registration for the Sweepstakes.

The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to identify and locate the prize winner. At the conclusion of 14 days, if no response is received by the Promoter, we will deem the prize as unclaimed and an unclaimed Prize draw will be held on June 17, 2026. The Prize Winner from the redraw will be notified by email and similarly given 14 days to claim the prize. If by June 31, 2026 the prize is still unclaimed, this prize will be forfeited.

Collection and use of your personal information:

By entering, entrants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information as described in these Offical Rules and the Promoter’s privacy policy.

Personal Information including the entrant’s name, address, telephone number and email will be collected and used for the purpose of conducting this Sweepstakes. This may require disclosure to third parties, including Recreational Equipment, Inc, and the Promoter’s agents or third-party service providers, for the purpose of conducting the Sweepstakes. The Promoter is based in Australia. By entering, entrants acknowledge that their personal information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in Australia and other jurisdictions where the Promoter or its service providers operate, in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Taxes:

The winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes associated with the receipt or use of any Prize.

Jurisdiction:

The promotion shall be governed by the laws in place in the United States of America.

 The Promoter and its affiliates reserve the right to amend or withdraw the prize draw and any of the prizes in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside their reasonable control. Prizes are subject to availability. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute alternative prizes of equivalent or greater value. Insofar as is permitted by law, entrants release and hold harmless the Promoter, its agents or distributors from any and all liability for any loss, damage, invasion of privacy, publicity rights, defamation, intellectual property, personal injury or death arising from or in connection with the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of the prize, and will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner, except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Sweepstakes entry is open only to eligible REI Store Employees of select REI Stores. REI store employees working at the following store locations are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes: (1) SoHo, NY; (2) Berkely, CA; (3) Cleveland, OH; (4) Chicago, IL (Lincoln Park); (5) Boston, MA; (6) Durham, NC; (7) Maple Grove, MN; (8) Bellingham, WA; (9) Castleton, IN; (10) Santa Cruz, CA; (11) Greensboro, NC.

The winner will be determined by random selection based on number of eligible entries in the draw upon conclusion of the Sweepstakes Period on March 25, 2026.

The winner will be notified in writing by the email submitted at the time of registration for the Sweepstakes.

At the conclusion of 14 days, if no response is received by the Promoter, we will deem the prize as unclaimed and an unclaimed Prize draw will be held on April 9, 2026.
