Travel to Costa Rica and experience its incredible natural attractions
Even in a region well known for its natural diversity, Costa Rica is still a stand out. Thanks to a longstanding tradition of preserving its natural assets, much of the country’s verdant rainforest still stands, opportunities for nature-based adventures abound and the beaches on both coasts are in exceptional nick. As a result, the nation’s cultural riches can oft end up overlooked – but here too the country has much to offer. Costa Ricans are widely regarded as some of the world’s friendliest people and on this trip – in between exploring the country’s most famous national parks –you’ll get to know them while lending a hand on a rural farmstay and kicking back in the rustic beach town of Quepos.

An amazing trip of the highlights of Costa Rica. Our guide was amazing and nothing was too much trouble. We had a couple of little problems with the itinerary (eg Manuel Antonio was closed on the day we were supposed to go), however our leader was able to sort things for us to make sure we didn't miss out. The accommodation was overall quite nice, the homestay was interesting (but very basic), and we saw alot of wildlife - our driver was always on the lookout for sloths for us! A really good way to see the country and overall excellent. just be aware that the added excursions are often not that optional as there is not much alternative if you don't do it, and can end up costing quite alot, so be sure to budget accordingly, although they are definitely worth it.
