Join the UN Global Compact Network Australia and Intrepid for an executive leadership journey designed for senior leaders attending the UN Climate Change Conference, COP31.
Created for executives, board directors and sustainability decision makers, this experience helps you move beyond participation to engage credibly and strategically on the world stage.
Across several days in Antalya and Kaş, you’ll gain grounded insight into how climate change is reshaping communities and industries, hear from regional experts, and explore the cultural and geopolitical context that will shape negotiations at COP31. Through curated workshops and peer connection, you’ll deepen your understanding of global sustainability trends and strengthen your ability to navigate COP31 with confidence, helping you build organisational resilience and maintain business relevance in a shifting geopolitical landscape.

The leadership experience
A five-day leadership experience featuring high-impact education and training, aligned with the COP31 agenda and executive schedule.
UNGCNA-convened leadership workshops helping executives navigate COP31 and turn global climate insight into business action.
By the end of the program, you will be equipped to:
- Identify the key global trends, risks and opportunities that matter for your organisation
- Understand the COP process, including key negotiations and Action Agenda items, and where business has real influence
- Navigate and network at global negotiations with confidence, intent, and credibility
- Translate insights into strategy, operations and leadership conversations
- Exchange insight and build relationships with senior peers

Merhaba! Welcome to Turkey. You'll be transferred to your hotel and have some time to explore, before meeting your co-hosts Dr Evan Center and Dr Susanne Etti and your fellow executives travelling on the trip at a 5pm welcome meeting. After, enjoy local flavours and soak up the atmosphere of Antalya over a welcome dinner.

After breakfast, hop into your vehicle for the 3-hour journey to Kas. Take in the deep blues and lush greens of this coastal town before diving into an afternoon of workshops as a group.

Spend the day on an immersive sailing experience along the crystal-clear waters of Kas – the boat is the perfect backdrop to dive into a deeper workshop discussion with your group. Meet local couple Sebahat and Mehmet and enjoy their home-cooked local dishes and freshly brewed Turkish coffee. On returning to Kas, connect again as a learning group on key concepts ahead of COP31.

Return to Antalya where you'll meet DEKAFOK, a local conservation organisation. Take part in an engaging open-air classroom talk and a coastal clean-up, before an evening farewell dinner.
