There's really no 'best' time to visit Bryce Canyon because each season offers something slightly different. Like most national parks, the peak season is summer when the days are long and warm, and the trails are at their most accessible. But this is also the busiest time, so if you'd prefer fewer crowds, then your best time to go is in the shoulder months of April and October. Winter may be snowy in Utah, but it's a magical time to see the red rocks dusted in white.
