Venture out on a 12-day trip through the remote Arctic wilderness of East Greenland. Start your journey in Reykjavik, then visit the fishing village of Kuummiut, the ruins of a US airbase from WWII in Ikateq and the historic trading post of Tasiilaq, where you’ll watch artists at work at the Stunk Artisan Workshop. Gaze up at towering fjords and Arctic seabirds overhead. Learn about the region's ecology and geology from the expert Expedition Team who will join you throughout the trip, then witness the local wildlife firsthand – keep an eye out for polar bears, reindeer, bowhead whales and walruses. Weather permitting, you’ll top it all off with a rare landing on the Blosseville Coast.
