What’s the best way to explore Vietnam, Cambodia and Thailand? From a bicycle, of course, with the wind in your (helmet-covered) hair and tropical breeze on your face. Cycle out of busy Ho Chi Minh, through the Mekong Delta, past riverside villages and alongside paddy fields, and see life from a different perspective as we meet locals, experience their culture and eat lots of great food (you’ll certainly work up an appetite for it!). Riding around 60 km each day, this is an energising and rewarding way to see the beauty and majesty of Vietnam, Cambodia and Thailand.

This is an excellent trip giving you the opportunity to really see the authentic lives of the people who live there. We were greeted by smiles and waves from families all along the way in Vietnam and Cambodia. Local meals were delicious and an authentic way to eat amongst the community. The organisation was incredible with water and fabulous snacks provided every step of the way. We had a new local team in each country we visited passing on their knowledge and expertise. They were warm, friendly and entertaining. I was never happier than when I was cycling.

An excellent trip, where I experienced a fabulous insight to the daily lives of local inhabitants. Informative visits too Temples & the highlight of my trip was engaging in meditation with a Buddist Monk. Watching the sunrise on the Banks of the Mekong River from a jungle Homestay was a unique experience also.

One of my most enjoyable holiday experiences, well organised and catered for. Cycling distances and speed travelled were great for the average recreational cyclist. Our guide went beyond in ensuring we all had a wonderful experience. I totally recommend Intrepid and this trip.
