Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. By participating, you agree to be bound by and comply with these Terms and Conditions.
Promoter
The promoter is Intrepid Travel Australia Pty Ltd (126440033) of Level 7, Melbourne, Victoria, Australia (Promoter).
Competition Period
The Competition commences at 12:01 am EST on 07 October 2026 and ends at 11:59 pm on 06 November 2026 (Competition Period). No entry details submitted after this time will be accepted.
Entry Eligibility
The competition entry is open to Australian residents participants aged 18 years or older and excludes employees of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary company and their immediate families, anyone connected professionally with the prize draw, or any person where entering this competition breaches any law or regulation of the jurisdiction in which they are resident. In entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the prize.
Entry Instructions
To enter, individuals must complete the following entry mechanics during the Competition Period:
- Submit an answer to a related question on the competition entry form
- Submit your first and last name, date of birth, email address and country of residence
- Individuals may also opt-in to receive the Intrepid Travel e –newsletters
Prize
The prize winner will receive:
- One (1) place on an Intrepid trip in Australia up to the value of $4500
- Return economy flights for (1) pax from the prize winner's closest capital city (including Sydney, Melbourne, Perth, Brisbane & Adelaide)
- $1,000RRP of Amble product, which covers a full head-to-toe outfit:
- Rain jacket (several styles available)
- Spray jacket (new product coming in Spring)
- Pants (several styles available)
- Fleece jumper
- Vest
- Tee (new product coming in Spring)
Prize Terms and Conditions
This prize is subject to the below terms and conditions, in addition to our booking conditions in force from time to time:
- Not included in the prize is transport to & from the airport, including transfers to/from any included accommodation, travel insurance, and any additional meals, accommodation or activities not included in the itinerary.
- Should the winner want to arrive early or depart outside of the booked trip itinerary dates, flight prices must not significantly vary from the flights selected by Intrepid and will be at Intrepid’s discretion.
- Once flights have been issued, the winner will be subject to the airline's fare rules.
- Should the winner decide to make any changes to the flights, they will need to cover any costs associated as per fare rules.
- The prize must be redeemed against a new booking at least three (3) months in advance of departure and must be redeemed for travel departing before 15/12/2027.
- If the prize winner chooses a trip over the value of [AUD] [$4500], the remaining balance must be paid by the prize winner.
- If the prize winner chooses a trip under the value of [AUD] [$4500], the remaining value of the voucher will be forfeited.
The winner must contact Intrepid Travel directly to book the prize and quote the prize winner promo code advised at time of winning. It is the responsibility of the prize winner to book and travel by the required date.
The winner will be required to agree to the current Booking Conditions at the time of booking, including any applicable policies or waivers that are in place at the time.
This prize applies to the land element of trip only and cannot be redeemed against flights, accommodation, meals, domestic transfers, travel insurance, single supplement payment, activities, spending money or local payments/kitties not covered by the itinerary.
Any request to change to a different Intrepid Travel trip is at the discretion of Intrepid Travel and is not guaranteed.
The Prize is strictly non-transferable to another person nor is it redeemable for cash.
The Prize is subject to availability at time of booking. A minimum of 4 travellers must be confirmed on the Intrepid trip for the prize winner booking to be confirmed on their requested date. The Promoter reserves the right to replace the Prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter's control makes it necessary to do so.
The winner is responsible for ensuring that they have valid passports, and any required visas, vaccinations, travel insurance and other travel documentation.
Prize Draw Date
There will be one (1) winner determined in respect of this promotion.
The winner will be determined by random selection based on number of entries in the draw.
The draw will take place at Intrepid Travel L7 567 Collins St, Melbourne 3000, 10:00 am 10 November 2026.
The winner will be notified in writing by the email submitted at the time of registration for the event. The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to identify and locate the prize winner. At the conclusion of 14 days, if no response is received by the Promoter, we will deem the prize as unclaimed and an unclaimed Prize draw will be held on 24 November 2026. The Prize Winner from the redraw will be notified by email and similarly given 14 days to claim the prize. If by 08 December the prize is still unclaimed, this prize will be forfeited.
Collection and use of your personal information
Personal Information including the entrant’s name, address, telephone number and email will be collected and used for the purpose of conducting this Competition. This may require disclosure to third parties, including the Promoter’s agents or third-party service providers, for the purpose of conducting the Competition.

Jurisdiction
The promotion shall be governed by the laws in place in Victoria, Australia.
General
The Promoter and its affiliates reserve the right to amend or withdraw the prize draw and any of the prizes in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside their reasonable control. Prizes are subject to availability. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute alternative prizes of equivalent or greater value. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the Prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
