2. The Flight + Tour applies to new bookings made and deposited between 01 October 2025 to 31 December 2027 for travel on selected destinations and dates.
3. From Package prices are based on availability, and we reserve our right to vary or withdraw them at any time. Flight + Tour is valid only for dates within the stated package duration, any amendments or extensions to either the Tour or the Flight component will void the package price.
4. The 'From' prices in the Flight + Tour Promotion offer applies to the selected trips departing between 01 October 2025 to 31 December 2027 and is subject to availability.
5. The 'From' price is based on selected UK airports, and the travel window specified above, which is subject to change. Please contact our Sales team for more available departure dates and UK airports for the selected trips.
Pricing
- The price of the Flight + Tour includes per person;
- Return economy-class flights with checked luggage on an airline of our election to the relevant tour’s start/finish city(s) from selected airports in the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland. Surcharges may apply for other airlines and flights departing other cities.
- Relevant Intrepid small group tour, twin share.
- Arrival transfer from the stated airport to the joining point of the tour
- Departure transfer from the finishing point of the tour to the stated airport
- 1 night of pre-tour accommodation at the stated hotel
- 1 night of post-tour accommodation at the stated hotel
- All inclusions per tour itinerary.
2. The price of the Flight + Tour does not include:
- Additional transfers, flights or accommodation not stated in the deal offer.
- Any additional fees or costs not specified, including but not limited to excess baggage, seat selection, flight upgrades.
- Meals other than those specified in the Essential Trip Information.
- Visa and passport fees.
- Travel insurance.
- Optional activities and all personal expenses.
Booking process and booking confirmation
- To initiate the booking process, please contact one of our sales consultants by phone, live message, or email. Our sales consultant will provide you with a quote.
- If you respond to a sales consultant confirming acceptance of the quote including acceptance of Airline terms and pay the non-refundable initial airfare and deposit fee, your booking will be confirmed (Unless inside full payment due date).
- By confirming your booking, you accept both Intrepid’s booking conditions and the Airline’s booking conditions. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with both Intrepid’s and the airline’s booking conditions. Depending on your travel dates and route you may be flying Easyjet, Jet2, or another airline:

4. Flights will be booked with an airline of our election with luggage included. We cannot specify or guarantee a booking of an airline of your choosing. If you would like a specific airline, please request this at the time of purchase. Selected airlines may be subject to additional surcharges.
Payment terms
- United Kingdom: The total non-refundable airfare cost and the deposit amount of GBP 200.00 of the trip cost per person is required to confirm your package booking (Initial Deposit). The remaining outstanding balance will be required 56 days before departure. Full payment is required to confirm your package booking if departing within 56 days.
- Republic of Ireland: The total non-refundable airfare cost and the deposit amount of EUR 400.00 of the trip cost per person is required to confirm your package booking (Initial Deposit). The remaining outstanding balance will be required 30 days before departure. Full payment is required to confirm your package booking if departing within 30 days.
Booking Amendments by you
- If you change your Flight + Tour booking after confirming and paying your deposit, there may be change fees involved such as difference in tour cost and change fees for flight. These fees will be yours to incur.
Booking Cancellations by you
- If you cancel your Flight + Tour booking after confirming and paying your deposit then Intrepid’s booking conditions will apply along with the non-refundable payment for your flights.
- Any Deposit Credit may not be applied to the same or similar dates of travel as per Intrepid’s Booking Conditions:
Other
- This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount (!).
- Package components must be booked together and cannot be sold or utilised separately.
- Flights purchased as part of the Flight + Tour promotion can only be used in conjunction with the tour component.
- There may be additional costs for land tours, additional on-board activities, additional flights, additional accommodation, transfers, flights, travel insurance to group bookings.
- To the extent permitted by law, Intrepid does not assume any responsibility or control for airline schedule change(s). Any additional costs incurred as a result will be at the traveller's expense (!).
- Package pricing is per person and subject to availability, and confirmation by both Intrepid Travel and the airline(s).
- This offer is only applicable to bookings made in the United Kingdom in GBP and Republic of Ireland in EUR.
- Credit Holders can use any valid discounts or promotions, except where we are honouring their original price. For more information about how to redeem your credit visit our Credit Redemption page.
- If you wish to cancel and rebook your trip or change dates outside the promotional period, you will be required to pay the full cost towards the new trip.
- Except as set out expressly above, Intrepid Travel’s Booking Conditions and Intrepid’s Agency Booking conditions apply.
