The prize is for one person to win up to £3000 GBP to use on x1 Intrepid small group adventure trip (land only, excluding flights) for two people.
The voucher must be redeemed by 30 June 2026, and the winner must travel between 01 March 2026 – 14 December 2026.
The voucher cannot be used on existing bookings.
The voucher can be applied to an Intrepid small group adventure trip only.
The voucher is not applicable to:
Trips operated by third parties (e.g. sell-ins);
Short-Break Adventures;
Tailor-Made Experiences;
Urban Adventures trips;
Any trips not specified within the inclusions.
The competition entry is open to people who have attended Destinations: The Holiday and Travel Show 2026 in London, United Kingdom between 29 January – 01 February 2026. The entry is open to those who are aged 18 years or older and excludes anyone connected professionally with the prize to draw, or where any person entering this competition breaches any law or regulation of the jurisdiction in which they are resident. In entering this competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the prize.
To be eligible you will need to have visited the Intrepid Travel stand at Destinations: The Holiday and Travel Show 2026 and filled in the entry form via the QR codes available on the stand.
Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid. Entries automatically generated by a computer, completed by third parties in bulk, or that have been altered, reconstructed or tampered with will be rejected.
Only one entry per person will be available. The winner will be drawn at random by 6th February 2026.
The winner will be notified via the email address they have provided us with. If contact with the winner is attempted unsuccessfully on three occasions, we reserve the right to select a replacement winner.
Not included in the Intrepid prize are flights, travel insurance, any additional meals or additional accommodation not included in the itinerary, spending money or any travel visas required.
Any unclaimed and/or unused portion of the Prize will be forfeited upon travel completion.
The voucher is non-transferable to another trip, redeemable for cash or transferable to another person unless agreed with Intrepid.
The voucher may be redeemed against one new booking only and the winner must book directly with Intrepid by calling 0808 274 5111 and quoting the winning promo code which will be sent to the winner.
The prize is subject to availability at the time of booking. A minimum of 4 travellers must be confirmed on the Intrepid trip for the prize winner’s booking to be confirmed on their requested date.
Intrepid reserves the right to change the trip at our own discretion if necessary.
Competition can be withdrawn and amended at any time at Intrepid’s discretion.
All travel is subject to the Intrepid Booking Conditions which can be found at Intrepid Travel’s Booking Conditions.
The 20% off selected Intrepid trips applies to new bookings made and deposited between 12.01am GMT 29 January 2026 to 11.59pm GMT 09 February 2026 for selected trips departing between 01 February 2026 – 14 December 2026.
The discount can be applied to Intrepid’s small group adventure trips only.
The discount is not applicable to:
Polar trips in Antarctica and the Arctic;

Our trips are subject to availability and confirmation by Intrepid Travel at time of booking.
If you wish to cancel and rebook your trip or change dates outside the promotional period, you will be required to pay the full cost towards the new trip.

Travel documents & vaccination requirements are the responsibility of the individual traveller.
