Uzbekistan Tours & Holidays

Experience a remote adventure – well and truly off the tourist trail – in dazzling Uzbekistan.

There are the famous cultural sites we’ve been told we have to visit (here’s looking at you, Instagram), and then there are the iconic sites we never knew we had to see. Like the glittering turquoise domes of Registan Square in Samarkand, the breathtaking Kalon Mosque and Minaret in the ancient Silk Road city of Bukhara. And outside of the cities, Uzbekistan is just as full of surprises – like the traditional villages of the Nuratau Mountains or a desert-bound yurt camp. This is Uzbekistan, in all its charming glory.

Excellent trip with outstanding tour leader. This trip gave a perfect overview of the history, architecture, culture, food and people of Uzbekistan. In addition to seeing all of the fabulous major sights we enjoyed additional experiences (such as a winery tour/tasting, and a meal with a local family) that would be difficult to organise independently. Lochin, our guide, was simply amazing. I found the accomodation on this Premium trip to be ideal - the hotels were all exceptionally well located for independent exploration of each city. Go now while it is still relatively quiet.

This tour covers all the major Silk road sights, of Uzbekistan, with plenty of time to appreciate the beautifully restored buildings. We never felt rushed or hurried along, unlike some previous tours with other operators. The only down side :- we were a little short on shopping time, much to the benefit of my wallet!

Uzbekistan Adventure

Cynthia · Traveled April 2024
This trip was intellectually enlightening and spiritually reviving. Discover Uzbekistan before it becomes over-touristed. As a solo female traveler, I felt safe the entire time and well cared for in the group setting. Shukhrat, our guide, was enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and made the trip feel seamless. I came away with stunning photos, great connections with fellow travelers, and a newfound appreciation for the beautiful culture of the Uzbek people.

Uzbekistan Adventure

Uzbekistan is a can't-miss destination! There were some early mornings and busy days so this wasn't a relaxing holiday but if you're looking for an adventure I highly recommend this tour. The yurt camp and homestay were highlights. Our guide Shuhkrat was wonderful - warm, friendly and knowledgeable.

I highly recommend a trip to Uzbekistan. Its a wonderfully colourful country with a deep history. Our trip wouldn't have been so perfect without our leader Zafar. His knowledge and passion made this holiday extremely memorable.
