It might not quite have the ‘je ne sais quoi’ that it did in the middle of the twentieth century, but the largest city in country – an architectural assortment of Art Deco and Mauresque designs – is still a great place to kick off a Morocco adventure. Wander the Old Medina and city walls, then visit the shaded squares and souqs of the Quartier Habous. Make the semi-circle loop down to Marrakech through Fes’ mother of all medinas, taking in the unique colour of Chefchaouen, the ruins of Volubilis, and even riding a camel out to the sands of the Sahara.

Classic Morocco

An incredible tour. I am coeliac and the Mustapha was amazing at ensuring I could eat safely everywhere we went. The sights of Morocco are incredible, paired with seamless travel and an enthusiastic and knowledgeable guide, I cannot fault this tour.

The classic Morocco excursion was a great introduction to the Moroccan culture, history and way of life with a great itinerary with amazing Sahara camel/glamping excursion.

North Morocco Adventure

Poorly organised trip- there was no need for so much time spent in Moulay Idriss. Volubilis, Meknes and Moulay Idris could have been done in 1 day. Our tour guide seemed inexperienced and lacking in communication skills. No information or guidance provided for the places we visited unless we had a tour guide pre booked such as in volubilis and Fes.
Although the information provided by different people in Fes at the tannery, ceramic workshop etc was good, the prices of the goods were exorbitant- clearly tourist traps.
Some accommodation eg in Casablanca (horrible breakfast), Moulay Idris (stinky bathroom with clogged drains
Overall poorly led tour- a big disappointment intrepid.

Morocco Uncovered

I did not think that the intro of 1 hour should have been included as a day 1 of the trip, also the last day of breakfast only classed as a day of the tour with no guide.
