TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The 15% off selected Intrepid trips applies to new bookings made and deposited between 7 th May 2026 – 4 th June 2026 for selected trips departing between 7 th May 2026 – 13 December 2027 (excluding travel between 14th December 2026 – 14th January 2027).

2. The discount can be applied to the following Intrepid trips only: AAFP, BIFI, BMFF, BMFI, CBFA, CJFK, CJFP, CJFS, ERFA, ERFAC, ERFI, ERFJ, GGFB, GLFA, GLFAC, GLFB, HHFI, HHFL, HHFP, PZFR, QCFB, QCFM, QMFA, TIFA, TKFB, TMFG, TMFK, TTFA, TTFAC, TTFS, TVFA, TVFB, TVFK, UWFB, UWFK, UWFS, XEFG, XEFJC, XMFB, XMFE, XMFK, YGFA, YGFAC, YGFE, YGFK, ZMFD, ZMFDC, ZMFG, ZMFI, ZMFS

3. The discount is not applicable to any other Intrepid trips.

4. All offers apply to the trip price only and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount.

6. All offers apply to land element of trip only and cannot be redeemed against flights, additional accommodation, transfers, travel insurance or local payments/kittys.

7. Our trips are subject to availability and confirmation by Intrepid Travel at time of booking.

8. If you wish to cancel and rebook your trip or change dates outside the promotional period, you will be required to pay the full cost towards the new trip.

9. Offer can be withdrawn and amended at anytime at Intrepid’s discretion.

10. Travel documents & vaccination requirements are the responsibility of the individual traveller.

11. Except as set out expressly above, Intrepid Travel’s Booking Conditions apply.

12. This discount is exclusive to Hays and valid for their customers only.

1. The prize is a Go-Ape voucher worth £200.

2. The voucher must be redeemed by 04 June 2026. Intrepid Travel is not responsible for prize winners who do not claim the prize before the book by date.

3. To be eligible to enter, you must be based a Hays Travel customer in the UK or Ireland and over the age of 18.

4. To enter the prize draw, eligible Hays customers must attend the virtual Intrepid Family event on 06 May, where they will be entered into a random prize draw.

5. The winner will be announced during the live event on 06 May 2026.

6. The voucher is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

7. Competition can be withdrawn or amended at anytime at Intrepid Travel’s discretion.
