  • This trip will run with a minimum of one person, so you may be joined by other travellers booked on the same date as you, or you may be on your own.

  • This trip is operated by one of our local partners in Argentina and therefore you may be joined by a mixture of Intrepid-booked passengers and other travellers during activities.

  • Information may be delivered in English and Spanish, or just English depending on the requirements of the group.

Itinerary

Bienvenido! Welcome to Buenos Aires, Argentina’s lively capital city. You’ll be met at the airport and transferred to your hotel on arrival. With no activities planned for today, you are free to arrive at your accommodation at any time. If you arrive with time to spare, why not head out to see the street murals of San Telmo, or visit Casa Rosada, the office of the president of Argentina. This evening, you may like to take part in an iconic Buenos Aires experience and watch a live tango show. One of the best spots in the city is Cafe Tortoni, an intimate venue that’s been open since 1858. Sit back with a Malbec, perhaps grab some dinner, and watch a passionate performance.
