If you have a credit with us for a cancelled trip, you're in the right place! Here's everything you need to know to turn that credit into travel — whenever it suits you.
No expiry on credits
Once you have a credit with Intrepid, you have it forever. Use it today, tomorrow or in the far-away future. It's your money to use whenever you're ready.*
Choose any trip you like
You can use your credit to book one of our local experiences, an international trip or a Tailor-Made experience — the choice is yours!**
One credit, multiple bookings
If you use your credit on a trip that's cheaper than the original one you booked, you can save the remainder and use for other trips.
* Note that any credits you have with third parties may have expiry dates.
** Different conditions apply for Polar voyages, Adventure Cruises and select Australia and Tailor-Made trips, as well as flights and insurance. For more details about credit or how to redeem it, please contact our team.
There are three ways to redeem your credit:
1. Online: browse for your next trip online and then redeem your credit on step three of the booking process.
2. Over the phone or live chat: talk to one of our travel specialists who will be able to assist you with re-booking your dream adventure.
3. Speak to your travel agent: if you originally booked your trip through a travel agent, they will be the best person to assist you.
