Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. By participating, you agree to be bound by and comply with these Terms and Conditions.
Promoter
The promoter is Intrepid Travel Pty Ltd (35 007 172 456) of Level 7, Melbourne, Victoria, Australia (Promoter).
Competition Period
The Competition commences at 12:01am AEDT on 14 October 2026 and ends at 11:59pm AEDT on 30 October 2026 (Competition Period). No entry details submitted after this time will be accepted.
Entry Eligibility
The Competition entry is open to Global participants aged 18 years or older and excludes employees of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary company and their immediate families, anyone connected professionally with the prize draw, or any person where entering this Competition breaches any law or regulation of the jurisdiction in which they are resident. In entering the Competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the prize.
Entry Instructions
To enter, individuals must complete the following entry mechanics during the Competition Period:
- Submit their application via the Intrepid Competition Landing Page [LINK HERE] and enter all requested information.
- Agree to these Competition Terms and Conditions.
- By submitting an entry, each entrant warrants that the entrant owns, or has all necessary permissions to use, all content submitted as part of the entrant’s application, and indemnifies the Promoter against any claim that the submitted content infringes the rights of any third party. Each entrant grants the Promoter the right to review and evaluate such content for the purposes of administering the Competition.

Prize terms and conditions
This prize is subject to the below terms and conditions, in addition to our booking conditions in force from time to time:
- The winners will be contacted by Intrepid Travel directly to book their prize.It is the responsibility of the winner to respond to the Promoter, to provide all information required to complete the booking, and to travel by the required date.
- The winners will be required to agree to the current Booking Conditions at the time of booking including any applicable policies or waivers that are in place at the time.
- The prize must be redeemed against a booking made at least [INSERT] in advance of departure and must be redeemed for travel departing within the departure windows specified above.
- This prize applies to the land and air elements of the trip only and cannot be redeemed against accommodations, meals, domestic transfers, travel insurance, single supplement payment, activities, spending money or local payments/kitties not covered by the itinerary and not included in these Terms and Conditions.
- Any request to change to a different Intrepid Travel trip is at the discretion of Intrepid Travel and is not guaranteed.
- The Prize is strictly non-transferable to another person nor is it redeemable for cash.
- The Prize is subject to availability at time of booking. A minimum of 4 travellers must be confirmed on the Intrepid trip for the prize winners booking to be confirmed on their requested date. The Promoter reserves the right to replace the Prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter's control makes it necessary to do so.
- The winners are responsible for ensuring that they have valid passports (valid until at least 31st December 2027), and any required visas, vaccinations, travel insurance and other travel documentation.
Content Participation and Usage Rights
- As part of the New Trip Tester programme, and as a condition of accepting the Prize, winners agree to create content during their trip, including sharing photographs, videos, and personal travel stories. Winners will be required to sign a separate content and release agreement with Intrepid Travel before the Prize is confirmed.
- Winners will be asked to capture content, participate in interviews, or make themselves reasonably available for photography and videography throughout their experience and share all content created with the Intrepid team. Winners are responsible for clearly disclosing their commercial relationship with Intrepid Travel in any content they publish themselves.
- By accepting the Prize and providing content to Intrepid Travel, winners grant Intrepid Travel a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable and sub-licensable
licence to use, reproduce, edit, publish, distribute, and share that content, and to use the winner’s name, image, likeness and travel story across its marketing channels, including social media, paid advertising, email marketing, public relations, editorial content, websites, and other promotional materials. The separate content and release agreement will set out the full terms of this licence, including the winner’s consent in respect of moral rights and the winner’s warranties and indemnity in respect of third-party content.
- Where reasonably practicable, Intrepid Travel will endeavour to credit winners when using their content.
Winner Selection and Prize Draw Date
There will be three (3) winners determined in respect of this Promotion.
Winners will be selected by a panel of Intrepid Travel representatives based on the quality of their application, the authenticity and relevance of their story, the quality of any supporting content submitted, and their overall alignment with the objectives of the campaign. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winners.
The winners will be notified in writing either via Direct Message on Instagram or via email using the email submitted at the time of registration for the Competition.
The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to identify and locate the prize winners. At the conclusion of 8 days from the date of notification if no response is received by the Promoter, we will deem the prize as unclaimed, and an unclaimed prize draw will be held on 31st October 2026. An alternate winner will be selected by the judging panel using the same judging criteria. The alternate prize winner from the redraw will be notified by email and similarly given 8 days to claim the prize. If by 13 November 2026 the prize is still unclaimed, at the conclusion of that period, the prize will be forfeited.
Collection and use of your personal information
Personal Information including the entrant’s name, address, telephone number and email will be collected and used for the purpose of conducting this Competition. Including notifying the winners. This may require disclosure to third parties, including the Promoter’s agents or third-party service providers, some of whom may be located outside the entrant’s country of residence, for the purpose of conducting the Competition.

Jurisdiction
The promotion shall be governed by the laws in place in Victoria, Australia.
General
The Promoter and its affiliates reserve the right to amend or withdraw the prize draw or Competition and any of the prizes in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside their reasonable control. Prizes are subject to availability. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute alternative prizes of equivalent or greater value.
Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the Prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
