Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. By participating, you agree to be bound by and comply with these Terms and Conditions.
Promoter
The promoter is Intrepid Travel Pty Ltd (35 007 172 456) of Level 7, Melbourne, Victoria, Australia (Promoter) in partnership with Tourism Western Australia .
Competition Period
The Competition commences at 12:01am AEST on 11 October 2026 and ends at 11:59pm on 11 November 2026 (Competition Period). No entry details submitted after this time will be accepted.
Entry Eligibility
The competition entry is open to Australian Resident participants aged 18 years or older and excludes employees of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary company and their immediate families, anyone connected professionally with the prize draw, or any person where entering this competition breaches any law or regulation of the jurisdiction in which they are resident. In entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the prize.
Entry Instructions
To enter, individuals must complete the following entry mechanics during the Competition Period:
- Entrants must be called Kimberley, Kim or a version of this name with different spelling. It can be the entrants first, middle or surname both male and female .
- To enter you need to tell us in 25 words or less ‘why the Kimberley calls you‘.
- A shortlist of finalists will be selected, and they will be required to create a video of 60 seconds or less.
- Entrants must be available to travel in the Kimberley from 4 May 2027 to 13 May 2027.
- The winners will join a trip in the Kimberley in which a portion will be filmed. The content from this filming will be used by Intrepid to promote Intrepid trips in the Kimberley. Winners will be required by Intrepid to sign a talent release form that allows Intrepid to use the content captured on the trip.
Prize
The prize winners will receive:
- The prize is a 10 day trip in the Kimberley with Intrepid Travel. It includes all accommodation, transport, meals and return airfares from the winner's nearest capital city. The prize is valued at approximately $7,500 per person.
- Talent fee of $1,000 per winner for use of content captured on the trip.
Prize terms and conditions
This prize is subject to the below terms and conditions, in addition to our booking conditions in force from time to time:
- The winner will be required to agree to the current Booking Conditions at the time of booking including any applicable policies or waivers that are in place at the time.
- The Prize is strictly non-transferable to another person nor is it redeemable for cash.
- The Promoter reserves the right to replace the Prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter's control makes it necessary to do so.
- The winner is responsible for ensuring that they have valid vaccinations, travel insurance and other travel documentation.
- Once flights have been issued, the winner will be subject to airline fare rules. Should the winner decide to make any changes to the flights, they will need to cover any the costs associated as per fare rules.
Prize Draw Date
There will be 4 winners determined based on the information in the qualification requirements in respect of this promotion.
The draw will take place at Intrepid Travel L7 567 Collins St, Melbourne 3000, 13:00 19 November 2026.
The winner will be notified in writing by the email submitted at the time of registration for the event.
The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to identify and locate the prize winner. At the conclusion of 14 days, if no response is received by the Promoter, we will deem the prize as unclaimed, and an unclaimed Prize draw will be held on 03 December 2026. The Prize Winner from the redraw will be notified by email and similarly given 14 days to claim the prize. If by 17 December 2026 the prize is still unclaimed, this prize will be forfeited.
Collection and use of your personal information
Personal Information including the entrant’s name, address, telephone number and email will be collected and used for the purpose of conducting this Competition. This may require disclosure to third parties, including the Promoter’s agents or third-party service providers, for the purpose of conducting the Competition.

Jurisdiction
The promotion shall be governed by the laws in place in Victoria, Australia.
General
The Promoter and its affiliates reserve the right to amend or withdraw the prize draw and any of the prizes in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside their reasonable control. Prizes are subject to availability. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute alternative prizes of equivalent or greater value.
Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the Prize
