ATAS Conference Competition 2023 Terms and Conditions

Information on how to enter and the prizes available are detailed in these Terms and Conditions. By participating, you agree to be bound by and comply with these Terms and Conditions.  

1. The prize for our ATAS Conference Competition is x1 free spot on our Turkey Highlights trip, for departure between 01 January and 31 August 2024 and x1 free spot on our 5 days in Cappadocia trip, for departure between 01 January and 31 August 2024. Entrants are only eligible to win one trip out of the two available.

2. To be eligible for the prize you need to have attended the ATAS Conference, scanned the competition QR code and filled in your details, along with posting a photo to our Intrepid Loves Agents Facebook page from our stand at the conference.

3. Not included in the prize are flights, travel insurance, transfers, any additional meals or accommodation not included in the itinerary.

4. No changes to travel arrangements will be permitted once the prize is booked.

5. The prize must be claimed, and your trip booked before 31 March 2024.

6. All travel is subject to the Intrepid Booking Conditions which can be found at: Intrepid Travel’s Booking Conditions 

7. The prize is strictly non-transferable to another person, trip or redeemable for cash.

8. The prize is subject to availability at the time of booking. A minimum of 4 travellers must be confirmed on the Intrepid trip for the prize winner’s booking to be confirmed on their requested date.

9. Intrepid reserves the right to change the trip at our own discretion if necessary.

10. The winner is responsible for ensuring that they have valid passports, and any required visas, vaccinations and travel documentation.

11. Intrepid Travel’s vaccination policy applies.
