Is this trip right for you?
  • This tour visits the Tatra Mountains. The drive winds through mountain passes, making it a challenge for those prone to motion sickness. The region is best discovered on foot and the itinerary includes a guided hike. If you do not wish to hike you are welcome to avail yourself of the facilities at our luxurious feature stay hotel.
  • Don’t let the heat keep you from exploring the world! Summer temperatures can be very high in some of the regions we visit, which can make things uncomfortable. It’s important to use sun protection, wear layers to combat the heat, and drink plenty of water.

This was our first Intrepid Tour, it was fantastic, meeting new friends and having a ball seeing new places; fully recommend!

A great way to cover a lot of ground and see some great places. Some beautiful spots & sometimes would have been good to have an extra morning or afternoon , such as Cesky Krumlov. Start the trip with a welcome lunch and then walk to extend the time.

This Premium Central Europe Trip was by far the most disappointing Intrepid trip I have taken. Over the years, I have had so many amazing adventures and wonderful experiences during my more than ten trips with Intrepid but this one was a huge let-down. The inclusions were extremely poor and hotels for the most part were not up to par and not what I expected from Premium. Also, the itinerary really needs some work. There is not enough time in the lovely Wroclaw and Tatra Mountains. The only difference I noticed between Premium and Original/Comfort tours was that I did not have to carry my suitcase during transfers and arrivals. This is not enough to justify the steep prices for Premium tours.

This trip was like a dream come true. Very fancy hotels and good private vehicles. Superb itinerary. Amazing Trip Leader Johanna and her excellent planning skills helped me see a lot in this tour. I cannot think of a single thing that I did not like on this trip. If you are looking for a lavish style European holiday then look no further and book this. Trust me you will not regret it. This tour was once in a lifetime experience for me I must say. Yes it’s little expensive but it’s worth the money. There are a few free days on this trip so bear in mind that comes with added cost if you want to explore a lot. The Tatra mountains Grand Hotel stay was like cherry on the cake on this trip. I absolutely loved every bit of my time on this tour. Thank you Intrepid for giving me such an amazing experience and Thank you Johanna for showing me around Europe!!
