Intrepid Insider Survey Urban Adventure Giveaway Terms and Conditions
Information on the Giveaway form part of these Terms and Conditions. By participating, you agree to be bound by and comply with these Terms and Conditions.
The promoter is Intrepid Travel Pty Ltd (007 172 456) of Level 7, 567 Collins Street, Melbourne VIC 3000, Australia.
Giveaway Period
The giveaway commences at 9am AEST on 25 February 2025 and ends at 5pm AEST on 31 July 2025 or when the giveaway quota is met (Competition Period).
No redemption submitted after this time will be valid.
Giveaway Eligibility
The competition entry is open worldwide to entrants aged 18 years or older and excludes employees of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary company and their immediate families, anyone connected professionally with the Giveaway draw, or any person where entering this giveaway breaches any law or regulation of the jurisdiction in which they are resident. In entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the Giveaway. Only one giveaway per person will be available (Eligible Entrant).

To enter, individuals must meet the following entry requirements during the Giveaway Period:

Giveaway
The Giveaway winner will receive:
A free Urban Adventure anywhere in the world, bookable on urbanadventures.com (the Giveaway).
Not included in the Giveaway is travel to the starting point/from the finishing point of the Urban Adventure, travel insurance, or any additional meals/drinks not included in the itinerary.
All travel is subject to the Intrepid Booking Conditions which can be found at: https://www.intrepidtravel.com/booking-intrepid/booking-conditions. The winner will be required to agree to the current Booking Conditions at the time of booking including any applicable policies or waivers that are in place at the time.
The Giveaway is strictly non-transferable to another person, trip or redeemable for cash and is only eligible on Urban Adventure tours booked through www.urbanadventures.com

The Giveaway must be fully redeemed and used by 31 July 2025
The Giveaway is subject to availability at time of booking. The giveaway is not valid for private departures. The Promoter reserves the right to replace the Giveaway with an alternative Giveaway of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter's control makes it necessary to do so.

Jursidiction
The promotion shall be governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.

The Promoter and its affiliates reserve the right to amend or withdraw the Giveaway in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside their reasonable control. Giveaways are subject to availability. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute alternative Giveaways of equivalent or greater value.
Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the Giveaway where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
