Some adjustments to the walks or cycling routes may be done on the day, depending on the weather forecast, and will depend on our experienced leader’s good judgement.
4. Most people buy packed lunches; you might find a sealable plastic box useful for storing it in your daypack. Although not essential, gloves for cycling make it more comfortable - especially if you grip hard. Wetsuits provided for rafting come with booties. This trip was pack end to end with great activity. People were really fun with a great cross section from all over the world. Accommodation was adequate and food really fulfilling. The right amount of free time. It was quite physically demanding as a result a good level of fitness is required.
