Argentina Tours & Vacations

Leafy vineyards, eclectic galleries, char-grilled barbecue evenings and epic waterfalls make for one big tantalizing adventure.

From saucy cities brimming with bars to monster waterfalls and all the steak you can eat, Argentina promises (and delivers) good times to all who come. Drink to a good drop in Mendoza, be blown away by the aquatic thundering of Iguazu Falls, take a gondola up a mountain in Salta, or lose yourself to some hip shakin’ nights in the bars of Buenos Aires all the way to Rio de Janeiro. It’s hard to imagine the continent of South America (or the world) without that flaming wedge known as Argentina.

This was my first tour with Intrepid and I would definitely do another! It was well organised, informative and fun, due to the destination, the guide and the group.

Best of Argentina & Brazil

If you get Santiago as your guide, you will be very well supported and educated on this trip. You see all the iconic locations, with Christ the Redeemer statue and Iguazu falls the highlights. But he makes the trip come to life.

Argentina & Brazil Adventure

Kaylene · Traveled April 2024
The Argentina and Brazil Adventure trip was absolutely amazing! A few days were rainy, but that didn't stop us from exploring and seeing all the sights. Then when we got to the Ibera wetlands, it stopped raining so all the animals came out. Couldn't believe how many we saw! There were only 6 of us on this tour which I thought was perfect. I actually had more fun on this trip than trips I've taken with friends! Our leader was Ernesto and he did an amazing job. All of the things on my list to try and see after the itinerary items, he already had covered and helped us get there. A tango show, the famous beaches, sugarloaf and more. He is a great communicator and everything went very smoothly because everyone knew exactly where to be when. And we knew what to expect throughout the trip as he would give us a rundown daily of what was coming. If you read the itinerary carefully, you will know there are some travel days, so shouldn't be disappointed. But after we got to our destination, Ernesto made it fun by finding a great place for dinner. (just make sure you wear good walking shoes because sometimes they are a long walk) For each excursion, we had experts at that location. They were all excellent as well! I highly recommend this trip if you enjoy nature.
