Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. By participating, you agree to be bound by and comply with these Terms and Conditions.

Promoter

The promoter is Intrepid Travel Pty Ltd (35 007 172 456) of Level 7, Melbourne, Victoria, Australia (Promoter).

Competition Period

The Competition commences at 12:01am AEST on 05 August 2025 and ends at 11:59pm on 15 September 2025 (Competition Period). No entry details submitted after this time will be accepted.

Entry Eligibility

The competition entry is open to Residents of Victoria, Australia. participants aged 18 years or older and excludes employees of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary company and their immediate families, anyone connected professionally with the prize draw, or any person where entering this competition breaches any law or regulation of the jurisdiction in which they are resident. In entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the prize.

Entry Instructions

To enter, individuals must complete the following entry mechanics during the Competition Period:

• Visit intrepidtravel.com/bucket-list or complete an entry form promoted via Intrepid Travel’s Facebook, Instagram or TikTok account
• Submit their first and last name, phone number, email address and country of residence via the competition entry form

Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid. Entries automatically generated by computer, completed by third parties in bulk, or that have been altered, reconstructed or tampered with will be rejected. Entrants may only enter the competition once per email address. 

Prize

The prize winner will receive:

• 2025 Toyota AFL Grand Final Package: 
• 2 x Level 1 Goal tickets with NMFC Grand Final breakfast & cruise
• 2025 Boxing Day Ashes Test Match Package:
• 2 x nights’ accommodation in a standard room at the Olsen for the 26th and 27th of December
• 2 x reserved GA seating at the Boxing Day Test for Day 1, 2 and 3
• 2 x passes to the sports Museum at the MCG
• Intrepid Travel Package: 2 x places on one of the below trips. Return economy flights from MEL and transfers included.

The total value of the Prize is approximately $27,150 AUD.

Prize terms and conditions

The Intrepid Travel Package prize is subject to the below terms and conditions, in addition to our booking conditions in force from time to time:

1. The Prize consists of two (2) places on one of the following Intrepid Travel trips, two (2) x return economy flights from the Melbourne Tullamarine Airport (MEL) and airport transfers.

2. To redeem the Prize, the Prize winner must be an Australian resident living in Victoria and aged 18 years and over. 
3. This Prize does not include additional connecting flights, pre-or post-accommodation, meals, domestic transfers, travel insurance, single supplement payment, activities or local payments/kittys not covered by the itinerary. 
4. Return economy flights will be chosen and booked by Intrepid Travel departing from MEL airport.  Any changes to the flights will incur additional charges at the cost of the winner, including but not limited to: if the winner wishes to fly with an alternative carrier, upgrade to business class or include a stopover. Frequent flyer points will not be earned on the flights.
5. The Prize must be redeemed against a new booking at least 3 months in advance of departure and must be redeemed for travel departing after 14 January 2025 and before 15 December 2026. The following blackout period applies to travel: 15 December 2025-14 January 2026, 15 December 2026-14 January 2027).
6. A minimum of four (4) customers must be confirmed on the Intrepid Travel trip for the Prize winner booking to be confirmed on their requested date. 
7. This Prize is provided on a twin share basis and is subject to availability and confirmation by Intrepid Travel at time of booking. 
8. Any request to change to a different Intrepid Travel trip is at the discretion of Intrepid Travel and is not guaranteed. 
9. If the chosen departure does not operate for any reason or the trip is discontinued, Intrepid Travel will offer an equivalent Intrepid small group adventure trip of same value to the Prize winner. This excludes Polar, Short Break Adventures, Urban Adventures, Private Groups (Tailor Made), Expeditions or Festival trips. 
10. The Prize, or any unused portion of the Prize, is not exchangeable or transferrable, cannot be extended and cannot be taken as cash if the Prize is not fulfilled. 
11. Once booked, any changes made to the Prize winner booking may incur a cancellation fee or amendment fee, at the cost of the winner. 
12. Total Intrepid Travel Package Prize value is approximately AUD $20,620. Prize value is based on full price, high season 2025/2026 Japan Real Food Adventure trip departures and return economy airfares including all airline taxes and government charges in AUD.  
13. The prize value may fluctuate based on available airfares at time of booking and trip availability. 
14. If the Prize winner cannot claim the Prize bound by these terms and conditions, the Prize winner must forfeit the full prize.  
15. The winner must book the Intrepid prize directly with Intrepid at sales@intrepidtravel.com and quote the winning promo code on the travel voucher.  
16. Except as set out expressly above, Intrepid Travel’s Booking Conditions apply.

The 2025 Toyota AFL Grand Final Package and 2025 Boxing Day Ashes Test Match Package are subject to the relevant venue and third-party Terms and Conditions.

Prize Draw Date

There will be 1 winner determined in respect of this promotion.

The winner will be determined by random selection based on number of entries in the draw.

The draw will take place at Melbourne, Victoria, 10:00am 16 September 2025.

The winner will be notified in writing by the email submitted at the time of registration for the event.

The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to identify and locate the prize winner. At the conclusion of 5 days, if no response is received by the Promoter, we will deem the prize as unclaimed and an unclaimed Prize draw will be held on 22 September 2025. The Prize Winner from the redraw will be notified by email and given 5 days to claim the prize. If by 27 September 2025 the prize is still unclaimed, this prize will be forfeited

Collection and use of your personal information

Personal Information including the entrant’s name, address, telephone number and email will be collected and used for the purpose of conducting this Competition. This may require disclosure to third parties, including the Promoter’s agents or third-party service providers, for the purpose of conducting the Competition.

Jurisdiction

The promotion shall be governed by the laws in place in Victoria, Australia.

General

The Promoter and its affiliates reserve the right to amend or withdraw the prize draw and any of the prizes in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside their reasonable control. Prizes are subject to availability. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute alternative prizes of equivalent or greater value.

Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the Prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
