- This trip involves plenty of walking over varied terrain and is best suited to travellers with good fitness and mobility. Several leader-led walks are included on a daily basis, allowing you to get among nature. This is the best way to experience Tasmania, so please make sure you bring sturdy, comfortable walking shoes and comfortable clothing. Most walks are relatively short and easy although there are some more challenging options. However, joining a walk is always up to you.
- Temperatures can fluctuate in Tasmania. It's important to prepare – pack suitable clothing for hot, cold, dry and wet weather, just in case.
- For operational reasons the itinerary on days 1 to 5 on some departures throughout the year may operate in the opposite direction, however all experiences and destinations continue to be included.

START & END TIMES
The trip starts in Launceston with a Welcome Meeting at 8 am on Day 1 at our joining point hotel. The trip finishes in Hobart on Day 9 at our finish point hotel around 5:30 pm. Accommodation is not included on this day but can be booked on request.

A Single Supplement can be booked if you’d prefer not to share a room on this trip, subject to availability.
COMBINATION TRIP
This is a combination trip made up of two shorter trips. This means the composition of your group may change in Hobart as some group members leave and new ones join you.

Tasmania is bigger than it appears. To make the most of your time this trip involves some long travel days. Please see the daily itinerary for more information.
