Intrepid x North Melbourne

Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. By participating, you agree to be bound by and comply with these Terms and Conditions. 

Promoter 

The promoter is Intrepid Travel Pty Ltd  (35 007 172 456) of Level 7, Melbourne, Victoria, Australia (Promoter). 

Competition Period 

The Competition commences at 12:01am AEST on 19 May 2025 and ends at 11:59pm on 31 May 2025 (Competition Period). No entry details submitted after this time will be accepted.  

Entry Eligibility 

The competition entry is open to Victorian residents participants aged 18 years or older and excludes employees of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary company and their immediate families, anyone connected professionally with the prize draw, or any person where entering this competition breaches any law or regulation of the jurisdiction in which they are resident. In entering the competition, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the prize. 

Entry Instructions 

To enter, individuals must complete the following entry mechanics during the Competition Period: 

• Visit intrepidtravel.com/nmfc 

• Submit their first and last name, DOB, email address and state of residence via the competition entry form 

Incomplete or indecipherable entries will be deemed invalid. Entries automatically generated by computer, completed by third parties in bulk, or that have been altered, reconstructed or tampered with will be rejected. Entrants may only enter the competition once per email address. 

Prize 

The prize winner will receive one (1) of the following travel packages: 

• Option 1: 

• Two (2) adult and two (2) child places on a 4-day Uluru & Kings Canyon Family Adventure (PZFR) trip 

• Return economy flights for four (4) pax to Uluru from Melbourne 

• Option 2:  

• Two (2) adult places on a 4-day Best of Uluru & Kings Canyon (PZKR) trip 

• Return economy flights for two (2) pax to Uluru from Melbourne 

The total value of the Prize is approximately $8,100 AUD. 

Prize terms and conditions 

This prize is subject to the below terms and conditions, in addition to our booking conditions in force from time to time:  

• Not included in the Prize is travel to the starting point/from the finishing point of the trips, travel insurance, any additional meals or accommodation not included in the itinerary.   

• Should the winner want to arrive or depart Uluru outside of the booked trip itinerary dates, flight prices must not vary significantly from the flights selected by Intrepid and will be at Intrepid’s discretion.  

• The prize must be redeemed against a new booking at least 3 months in advance of departure and must be redeemed for travel departing before 31 July 2026.https://uatna11.springcm.com/atlas/Admin/FormConfig?configUid=69423e76-6e38-4b6d-b3d2-28f202108fdf&isLibrary=undefined The following black out period applies to travel: 15 December 2025 – 15 January 2026. 

• The winner must contact Intrepid Travel directly to book the prize and quote the prize winner promo code advised at time of winning. It is the responsibility of the prize winner to book and travel by the required date. 

• The winner will be required to agree to the current Booking Conditions at the time of booking including any applicable policies or waivers that are in place at the time. 

• Any request to change to a different Intrepid Travel trip is at the discretion of Intrepid Travel and is not guaranteed. 

• The Prize is strictly non-transferable to another person nor is it redeemable for cash. 

• The Prize is subject to availability at time of booking. A minimum of 4 travellers must be confirmed on the Intrepid trip for the prize winner booking to be confirmed on their requested date. The Promoter reserves the right to replace the Prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter's control makes it necessary to do so. 

• The winner is responsible for ensuring that they have valid passports, and any required visas, vaccinations, travel insurance and other travel documentation. 

Prize Draw Date 

There will be 1 winner determined in respect of this promotion. 

The winner will be determined by random selection based on number of entries in the draw. 

The draw will take place at Level 7, 567 Collins Street, Melbourne, 3000, 10:00am 03 June 2025. 

The winner will be notified in writing by the email submitted at the time of registration for the event. 

The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to identify and locate the prize winner. At the conclusion of 14 days, if no response is received by the Promoter, we will deem the prize as unclaimed and an unclaimed Prize draw will be held on 19 June 2025. The Prize Winner from the redraw will be notified by email and similarly given 14 days to claim the prize. If by 3 July 2025 the prize is still unclaimed, this prize will be forfeited. 

Collection and use of your personal information 

Personal Information including the entrant’s name, address, telephone number and email will be collected and used for the purpose of conducting this Competition. This may require disclosure to third parties, including the Promoter’s agents or third-party service providers, for the purpose of conducting the Competition.

Jurisdiction 

The promotion shall be governed by the laws in place in Victoria, Australia. 

General 

The Promoter and its affiliates reserve the right to amend or withdraw the prize draw and any of the prizes in the event of any unforeseen circumstances outside their reasonable control. Prizes are subject to availability. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute alternative prizes of equivalent or greater value. 

Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the Prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected. 

In order to confirm your entry into the Uluru and Kings Canyon Competition, we request that you read the below Collection Notice. The purpose of the Collection Notice is to explain how we handle your personal information we receive about you when you enter the Uluru and Kings Canyon Competition.  

As we are a large international group, your completed competition entry form may be shared within the Intrepid Group Pty Limited (Intrepid Group) and any of our related entities worldwide.  

Collection and disclosure of your personal information  

We may collect, hold, use and share your completed registration form for the following purposes:  

• to process your competition entry or determine eligibility;  

• to contact you by phone or email to advise that you are the competition winner and for the management and delivery of the Prize;  

• we may also collect and/or use your information if we are required to cooperate with law enforcement authorities, if we are authorised to do so by law, or to comply with the law. 

Access to your personal information 

You can ask us for access to your personal information and to correct any inaccurate, incomplete or out-of-date information we hold about you by contacting us on the information set out in the ‘Contact Us’ section below.  

Where possible we will comply with your request, however, there may be instances where we cannot fulfil your request. We will always communicate with you any consequences before going forward, or give you written reasons for any refusal (where we able to do so under applicable law).
